I have a senior dog that is having some health issues. My vet called in an RX for Watkins to make for her. Received a call shortly after that it was ready. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I had many questions about this RX. They even called to check on her a few days later.

Horrible phone skills I was trying to ask a question about meds I need and the lady didnt even let me finish and hung up on me. This isn't the 1st time staff and been rude or condescending over the phone.

My fosters compounded medication for Heaven Can Wait it done there their account. It's local owned as far as I know. I live North so do pharmacy closer.

Purchased in 1968 by Sidney E Miller RPH, it has slowly evolved into the current business, offering a Retail Pharmacy, a Compounding Pharmacy, a Home Healthcare Department as well as a Physician and Hospital Supply Division.
Covering an area from Muskegon to Grand Rapids and Traverse City, Watkins maintains a 13,000 square foot warehouse allowing for rapid shipment to all its customers. Customer orders are shipped daily utilizing local courier services or company owned delivery vehicles. Most orders are shipped the same day. Local pharmacy customers can request home delivery within a 5 miles of Watkins for a $3.00 delivery fee.
