Walmart ONLY had self scan isles opened and 1 20 items or less...I was next in line to checkout in the 20 items or less after waiting there for 10 minutes...the cashier gave me a dirty look after she seen my cart full of groceries and then she looked at all the aisles and told me idle 5 is opened...then she gave me another dirty look. I grabbed my cane and purse and said a few choice words...told her to have fun putting away all the stuff in my cart. I will never ever step another foot into any Walmat store again....

I am disappointed in Walmart. I went in looking for hard-boiled eggs, and they were out. I was going to get regular eggs, and there was no price showing, which they do on most of their products. As far as I'm concerned, Walmart has gone downhill over the last two years.

Walmart on sherman blvd. The security guard is a creeper and ur followed by floor walkers constantly and no one is ever in their dept to help u. The only good thing is Vicki from deli is the best deli clerk and will help u with whatever u need. She's awesome.

Customer service was absolutely awful. There was an older white woman at the service desk who completely dismissed me and my return. I'm pretty sure she was the "department manager". She claimed to have 6 years of experience but refused to acknowledge my legitimate concerns with my purchased products. Her attitude was unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and drive to a different location. The customer service department at this particular store is horrendous.

Terrible customer service manager. Older white woman, didn't catch her name.. She was incredibly rude to me about my return. She claimed to have "six years of experience" but did not understand Walmart's own return policy. This was the worst experience I've had at any Walmart ever. If you purchase something, don't expect an easy return because the lady behind the counter won't help at all. She was so condescending and dismissive. What an awful attitude from a miserable old lady.

The employees are kind. The sandwiches are fresh. But the bottle return is difficult to use. The machines break down often and those working don't work well.

Awful customer service manager. I brought back a valid return including: a canopy, cooler, and 2 camping chairs. She looked at my returns and instantly dismissed me. She said the canopy was used and could not be returned. When I explained I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the items, she said "I'll look at your stuff, but we aren't supposed to." I asked for the official return policy regarding my cooler+chairs+canopy, but she refused and retorted with, "they're online", when no such policies are posted anywhere. She said if the cooler smelled, she wouldn't take it. I've never been so angry with an employee in my life.
I went 10 minutes up the road to a different Walmart, where they happily accepted my VALID return. That woman has no business being a manger of ANYTHING, especially customer service.
