May be a wise practice to get whatever needed enforced to tow non spark parking! This is very unsafe for your delivery people that makes me very sad Walmart doesn't take this into consideration. You're setting yourself up for major liability when all's it's going to cost is a little bit of money to get big signs and enforce the non-spark parking. Or pay in liability that's up to you.

Pro: A fantastic selection of work shoes. I ended up buying two they were so cheap and efficient! Con: Holy smokes! So much dust! is there a way we can fix this for the future?

Let me preface this by saying, for all of those one star givers out there, that this is Walmart. This is not a high-end grocery store, so I will write it accordingly. I have been in many Walmart supercenters across the country during my time in the military, hence my four star rating. This is definitely one of the better Walmarts that I have visited. With the exception of a couple of poor customer service issues in the two years that I have been frequenting this place, I have found it to be generally clean, with good customer service, a fast tire and lube express service, and friendly pharmacy. They have the usual variety of things that you would need as far as grocery and home, and have really made an effort in the last year or so to increase the amount of specialty groceries that they carry, such as a wider variety of produce including specialty herbs like fresh lemongrass and Thai basil, natural foods, plant-based alternative sweeteners, and keto friendly foods.

I was really annoyed by their employee 2 years ago when after we just paid off something on layaway. The tablet for my son required a code and they didn't print the code on the receipt. They were refusing to resolve our problem. Then a cashier dropped it. The "manager" started getting hostile with us and screaming in our face. We were already agitated for waiting in line for more than an hour. We finally get a different manager and gave us a refund. They got their money but the don't care about our product..some employees shouldn't be working in customer service

The pharmacy at this store stinks. They never have the drug in stock. My doctor sent over an order yesterday morning. It's not 5:11pm the next day and I STILL cannot get my meds. Been without them since Saturday. I was told they were out of stock. Then I was told they would have them ready and I could pick it up after 4pm. I go there at 4:45pm and STILL not ready. How longs does it take to count pills into a bottle???? And it's like this with every prescription. Never ready the day it should be. You would think a pharmacy this big, would know how much stock to keep in their store. Worst customer service out there.

This store only has one lane open after 10PM. Apparently they don't want people to shop there after 10. I was just in the store and there were people lined up all the way into the clothing section. The only lane they had open was for 20 items or less. No manager available to talk to. Rude employees at the service desk. Need I go on? Corporate will be hearing from me tomorrow because of course no one is available there either.

I was at the Sherman store a moment ago, and when I asked for management help I was told to wait in the customer service line that was wrapped around and all the way past registers with only one lady working the customer service area, with the "manager" that wouldn't help me standing behind that counter playing on cell phones with other employees. Their customer service is non existent. They need a manager that is all about customer satisfaction and service.

4/25/2016: Didn't care for Kersten's snooty customer service. Update for 7/24/2017: Most of the staff are sluggish and unfriendly. The jerk over in the eye care area purposely didn't give me the Muskegon chronicle.

I wouldn't leave a star if yelp allowed it. This Walmart is the worst! The self-checkout registers won't accept bottle slips and more then half won't take cash or give cash back from your debit card. If you need their money service center for money orders or Western Union, it is separate from customer service and they close when they feel like it. Money order machine doesn't work most of the time. This place has an urgent need for good employees that want to work. Most cashiers don't know how to add money on a gift card or how to use the Savings Catcher. This store is the pitts.

Long wait. Slow check out. Takes more than half hour. No express check out. Very disorganized and very difficult to get assistance

This is Walmart, all the items you might be looking for and your food. There are 2 walmarts here in muskegon, go to the other one, better go to meijers, this Walmart can be dirty, packed and the checkouts almost always take forever because it seems like they only have 2 employees who can run registers.
