Drive through always so slow. 6 or 8 cars and always only 1 person working. Wanted almost 30 minutes in line. At least the people are nice!

Listen y'all, I have never in my 53 years of existence had as many problems, unprofessional employees, and rudeness in my life from a pharmacy! I used to love Walgreens until I had to start using this Walgreens! No thank you I'm finding a new pharmacist! Unbelievably bad!

The customer service has always been horrible, they say my script is ready then I get there and make
Me wait 20 min to tell me that they’re out of stock and it’ll take three days to stock. That was the last straw for me so I’m switching pharmacies to meijer.

This place has horrible customer service and whenever I go to get my medications when they text me saying it’s ready I get the oh I see it’ll be ready in thirty minutes. Horrible place to get your meds don’t ever go there. Especially the big bodied, orange bearded man who wears all those ugly Hawaiian shirt. He’s horrible with his customers. If I could give a negative rating I would.

We had an upset with the photo we got but the amazing photo department crew went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. Kudos to the wonderful staff for all of their help.

I came in to check my refill status. Apparently they have a 3rd shift no bathroom for customers policy. I didn't know this as I came in and asked the young man pharmacy tech to unlock the bathroom please? He says "you can go to wesco" in a condescending way. I will not be using this location anymore!

I'm sorry to complain but every single time I check out at this particular Walgreens, an employee named Ruth has been extremely rude & impatient with every customer I've observed her waiting on, including myself. (& I know exactly what I'm doing full time) I was in line behind an older woman who didn't know how to tap her credit card on the machine & not only was Ruth quite unhelpful in this matter but she was very short & openly rude to this woman; Ruth rolled her eyes several times as she sighed loudly enough for all in line to hear very clearly. She was obviously irritated by the fact that the woman wasn't familiar with her new credit card chip as well as a bit older & understandably confused by the 'tap' technology. I felt terrible for the woman who was quite embarrassed due to Ruth's poor attitude so I took the time & patience to explain the cards chip & how to tap to check out to her. Ruth has absolutely no business working with customers. I would not put Ruth on blast for just 1 or 2 small instances of poor customer service; she's been rude every time I've been in this Walgreens & I shop there probably at least twice a week. The rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly & always very helpful.

Poor pharmacy customer service. Screwed up on quality and reliability.3 hours after my notification that my meds were ready, we showed up when the parking lot was empty, with nobody in line to pharmacy pick up, to be told we had to come back in 2-3 hours, because they have over 100 labels prepared to finish meds, but couldn't spend 10 minutes of her time working, to serve us while we were there in the moment.

I needed a prescription filled and I got an email that told me it wouldn’t be ready the day I needed it and the day I was told it would be done. I called to cancel and then they proceeded to tell me that they were making the prescription and I could come in in an hour and pick it up. 2 and a half hours later I went in and they said that it was not done. They need to work more on their communication and timing.
