I used to fill all of medication for me and my three kids here. I have continued to move our medications to other pharmacies. The auto order system is not ordering medication on time and I am constantly given just a few pills and have to make repeat trips back. Sometimes the orders do not even get placed, even after the supply is gone. I have been told over the phone that they would be ordered that day. When I call back to inquire days later the pharmacist has to manually put the order. This is a ridiculous system. I can only assume I am not the only customer being affected by this and that are now using alternatives to get their medication filled.
There's no excuse to continually run out of meds that are repeatedly ordered on a monthly basis.
Oh yes and not to mention that I am not called or notified by text when medication is out of stock, that it's being ordered. Even when I call and check by phone they tell me they're working on it. I call back again because I haven't received any kind of notification just to find out there's an issue with insurance or the medication isn't available.
Why am I calling back 8 hours later, just to find out the medication is not available. It won't be available for three more days and now way too late to even get it from another pharmacy.
This has happened on the majority of my medications that have been ordered or filled in the last 6 months, sorry Walgreens, I am done!
Somebody needs to address these issues, and I am absolutely calling corporate.

I truly hate leaving bad reviews however,this Walgreens location is THE worst.I've overheard the girls snickering and talking about other people who simply want to pick up their prescriptions and go. I myself have run into prescription problems and I'm only met with "it's your insurance" then later find out my prescription was just out of stock.Whomever runs this location-Retrain your employees or do you just not care how people are being treated by your staff?

The pharmacy needs to clean house. There's a woman who hangs up on customers and gives attitude when none was needed. Today, I called them to figure out an issue and was gaslit by (I think) the same girl who hung up on me before. Customer service should be your priority. Get rid of the chaff, Walgreens.

Do not ever I repeat ever deal with this pharmacy .We called from Out of town after having surgery to confirm they could fill my script for pain pills after a surgery .The surgeon told us to verify before he sent it in to make sure I had pain relief. They confirmed the scripts were available so we went to pick them up we get home the pain med is missing .We call and they say they will not have this script for another 4 days .Now its to late in the evening to contact the doctor to have it sent to another Pharmacy .Multiple layers of lies told to us in the middle of this Saga .I would not spend another dime in this location .I would not be quick to label the whole company as parallel but this location has let me down for the last time.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE. I BEGIN THE PROCESS OF GETTING ALL MY SCRIPTS TRANSFERRED TO MEIJER . Arrived to pick up a script that was supposed to be be ready. I requested the refill in person several days ago. Rude counter person said she didn't know what happed and that it would take an hour. Why do I have to wait an hour? This is Walgreen's fault the pharmacist needs to get it ready. It gets worse. An hour later, I check back and they have no stock. They tell me I have to check to see if another walgreens has stock. You couldn't tell me this when you put the script thru. You told me you were processing it when I was at the drive through.

Leke was a wonderful, friendly, helpful pharmacist. He spent probably 10 minutes helping me get four prescriptions filled and he was patient and saved me over $200. The other young ladies that were working with also very pleasant and I definitely will be back again.

The cashier's in the store and the store itself are perfect. The pharmacy on the other hand needs new pharmacist's. The pharmacists are very rude and all have attitudes. What ever happened to service with a smile?

The amount of time it takes to get through the drive-thru for pharmacy pickup is outrageous. Averaging about 5 minutes per vehicle. Maybe need to add second person to help during busy times. If the customer is causing the issue, maybe ask them to step inside for further assistance so people with quick pickups can go through with ease.

NOT 24 HRS!!! Awful job communicating that their hrs have changed. Only says they're closing at 11pm starting 10/7. please change your hrs so customers aren't confused and waiting outside.
