I just called with a simple question about my prescription refill and was treated very rudely by some woman and was pretty much hung up on. What is it with rude people everywhere in this town??

they charged me for pills I never received, they lost my daughters appt. to get her last covid vaccine, so we had to redue all her info and it took is a total of 30 min. and then we had to wait for the girl to even give her the shot and the girl that gave my daughter her 2nd covid vaccine, didnt even put the bandaid over the injection sight..we got home and there was blood on her shirt..how ridiculous..things are just getting so sloppy at this location

pharmacy needs better training regarding how to enter insurance. I have had an issue all 3 times I have been here using insurance.

The prescription telephone notification system is practically useless. I get multiple calls that orders are ready and when I get there it is wrong, or not available, or I'm a week early, or something I supposedly have one ready now, but an hour ago it couldn't be picked up until next week. The system also doesn't recognize multiple prescriptions due at the same time so when a call comes it may or may not be for the complete order. Walgreens had a big push a year or so ago to get things in order so a customer would only have to make one trip. My 3 prescriptions have been screwed up in some way ever since.
