Went there for an oil change , Everyone seemed Friendly.
I have an Asphalt Driveway so i didn't notice the oil leak until in the parking lot at work a few days later . After checking my oil level i was 5 of 7 quarts low. I purchased oil right away and contact them (Apple Ave Location) and the manager said he would pay for the oil i put in but its been over a month and have not heard from him.
The reason for the leak was that they didn't tighten the oil filter enough.
Not Happy! And wouldn't recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. I have never touched my own oil and mysteriously right after I visit Performance for the first time, Oil finds its way into my breaks.
By the time I found out what happened, all the rubber in my breaks melted. I spoke with the manager who reviewed the security cameras for me.
He then rudely let me know like he was saying, their guys didn’t do it. I then asked if I could see the video. They said there’s no way they can show me the video.
Unless you want to spend $2500 in repairs, do not go here. Go to speedy lube on North Muskegon. They are wonderful, honest people.

Employees seem to be on hard drugs. These incompetent people broke my radiator then the drugged out employee who did it tried to deny it and got mouthy like he wanted to fight, when I watched him do it. Manager wanted to cobble it back together. Had to pay $175 out of my pocket for a tow to the dealership after being refused a refund on my $130 oil change. Now I wait for a huge bill at the dealership

Staff does not know what they're doing they punctured a hole in my radiator and refused to pay a licensed mechanic to fix it. Manager is worthless doesn't know what he's doing.

I have a diesel vehicle and the staff here was so helpful! They didn’t have my type of filter in stock that my vehicle took and they went and ordered it for me and had it delivered for me. Also my vehicle takes a special type of oil and they didn’t have enough in stock and the manager went to another store just to grab some more to complete my oil change. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. The staff was super friendly and very caring. Answer any questions I had. I appreciate the team they have!

Had roof trim strip taken off in wash, turned in estimate for repair they gave me piece that came of car then refused repair vehicle is 2022 Sportage no roof rack they wont take respobnsibilty so i will take to court
And they lost a customer

Always quick and courteous. Never had a bad experience with staff or any problems with their work. Also, use their car wash quite a bit. The truck always looks good after, and I've never noticed any scratches as a result.

The guy doesn’t guide you into the track correctly which results in scratches on our rims. It has happened a few times now. It would really be nice if y’all had the mirror to guide yourself in.
Edit to add: they have been doing great and got better at guiding you in. Very impressed with the change and the quality of car wash :)
