Almost all of the women there lack professionalism, decorum, and common courtesy. Every time I come no one has a friendly demeanor, gives dry greetings, and answers your questions with an attitude. Extremely ridiculous, not too mention the line is usually so long and they have employees visibly on their phone ... must be a Muskegon thing...idk.. But whoever management is NEEDS to remedy and rectify these situation..

No line at noon but somehow still had to wait 10 minutes to get to customer service! How did The post office actually get worse? Cheap prices aren't worth waiting. Go to UPS.

Got there 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. There were several people ahead of me in line. My turn arrived right at closing. Another employee locked the doors and the clerk continued to take care of myself and the others in the line. Very friendly and helpful despite working after closing time.

I set up a package to be sent to the post office and instead they sent it to my house. I work second shift and the package is set to arrive at 8pm. I live in a trailer park. This is why I was having it sent to the post office. Your basically setting my package up to get stolen. I came inside and of coarse your not able to help me. Why would you? God forbid you fix your own mistakes. No wonder you have such a low rating. What do you even help with?

I don't know what all y'all are talking about. Everytime I've gone to the counter for help, I get the help I need, and I've needed all sorts of help.

Worst customer service ever! I have not been receiving all my mail or packages since I put in my change of address online as instructed 2 weeks prior to moving, (i moved on 10/1/2023) and still having issues. Recieved notice from my old mail carrier that I had mail and packages at the post office and I needed to go get them. I went to the post office today, the lady behind the desk AVIS, told me she is unable to verify me with out the "letter". I asked what letter as I have not been receiving my mail, she states "The one you got in the mail". I let her know again that I was not receiving mail so I do not have said letter, AVIS response " How am I supposed to verify you"..... I guess driver licenses with pictures and the corrected address change on the back side was not good enough! Long story short supervisor came out to call me irrate. I let him know I was infact not irrate just looking for my mail and packages that were there. In the end LEWIS the horrible customer service manager did not give me any mail or packages and told me I was all set my packages and mail will eventually be forwarded as they are behind in the mail office. Customer service is terrible. They are rude and do not help you with important information. Still no mail :(

Had a really nice and funny staff member. We laughed and talked while she took care of my needs! She absolutely made my day!

Absolutely a joke of a place. My mail has been missing for almost 3 months. As a government facility, they need to be looked into. I was told by a manager they, “aren’t aloud to have coworkers personal numbers.” So the worker I think is stealing my mail, they aren’t aloud to contact her… If I didn’t have to get mail, I would never deal with this place again. They tell me they have my mail, and when I show up to get it, no one can find it..then they say days later it went to Detroit. Maybe.. And they still don’t actually know where my mail is or if I will ever get it. I have done no less than 5 addresses changes and been in the office at least 6 times. When I went in AGAIN today, the woman tried to blame me for putting in so many changes, after this is what I am told to keep doing. Someone needs figure out how to fix that place.

so many times my package carrier does not make an effort to drop off my package. this is my 8th package in a row after we did the hard work getting them another copy of the key to our building. the people do not empathize with our experience in fact, they are inconvenienced it seems by us coming in and trying to work it out. I wish I could find a way to not need to talk to them anymore at this point I'd even move because waiting for my packages is now stressful and no fun because it'll likely again go straight to return because of the poor communication and work ethic.

Put a hold on mail 3 weeks ago.Did change of Addy 2 weeks agoCalled cause have gotten no mail. The girl claims the hold bin is empty and she " can't do anything " until the mail guy that delivers comes back In A few days.Umm. So we're is all the mail that's suppose to be on hold? I know I got some. Mailed a letter to myself intact to see if I'd get it.Was pretty rude. Saying I need to call back tomarro. Well... us adults have jobs. Can't keep wasting lunch breaks just to be lied to.That was after trying to call and no pick up for over 30 min.Looks like I'll be needing a lawyer and may sue this post office if it's not corrected.

Wouldn’t deliver my packages today because my porch was locked, my car in the driveway, no knocking at all. These packages didn’t need to be signed. They hav left eye glasses on my steps, why not these ??♀️Spoke to someone else specifically who was meant to deliver my mail, but handed it off to someone else, and they said I could pick up my package at the post office, 3:30 on a Saturday mind you ??♀️ Spoke with someone at the post office literally by chance and all they could do was take my pink slip ??♀️

The two ladies that were at the customer service windows on 2/16/23 @ 2:20 pm were the nicest people that I've ever encountered in the years I've been coming to the post office. Both were so pleasant in their tone of voice, respectful and greeted everyone with a beautiful smile. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

Absolutely the WORST experience trying to get assistance when you have an issue with delivery. We reported an ongoing issue with our delivery person, who continues to not deliver our mail, make up reasons for our mail to be suspended, etc. It started by them sending us notices, saying our mailbox was too short, when it's not -- it's exactly 43 inches high, and it's higher than most boxes on our street. So USPS resumed mail delivery after we fought it, and for months things were fine. Then, out of the blue, our mail stops AGAIN. No notice, no letter, no nothing to indicate there was anything wrong. We call to address this situation with a manager (Tianna) and she is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tells us we can't pick up our own mail being held at the post office 'until our mailbox is fixed'. Tell me, how are we supposed to 'fix' a mailbox THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING WRONG? And why are we not allowed to pick up our own mail now? And why weren't we notified of an issue or potential suspension, when we thought this issue was resolved months ago?? WHAT NOW? Frankly, I think some of these people (like Tianna) get joy out of making others as miserable as they are. When I asked to speak with her boss, she refused to tell me who it was. Everyone is 'on vacation or out of the office'. This place is a joke, and I feel bad for anyone who has had to deal with them like we have. We just want our damn mail - why is that so hard?

Long lines and one window clerk constantly, doesn't make much sense but happens all over the country. Those workers get paid pretty well I'm sure, so there's no excuse why nobody would want to work and get those benefits unless things have changed over the years. I remember when a lot of people used to want to work for the post office because of the pay and benefits. Not so much anymore evidently. Thankfully there's online purchase and labeling for quick drop off. Also, what's with charging insurance for our packages to safely get to their destination when it's the post offices negligence of things getting lost and not routed properly and damaged
