Lady’s there are rude, do not know how to talk to people. If they don’t like where they work they should just quit, I’ll be going to spring lake for now on, a drive out my way seems more nicer then all the employees at your facility, coming from another business owner I will never be returning and suggest anyone doesn’t do the same

Love that when you have to reach this place over phone you have to call a 100 times because the workers are to lazy to answer the phones. They just let them ring and ring. I attempted to call so far 30 times without a single answer!!!

Almost all of the women there lack professionalism, decorum, and common courtesy. Every time I come no one has a friendly demeanor, gives dry greetings, and answers your questions with an attitude. Extremely ridiculous, not too mention the line is usually so long and they have employees visibly on their phone ... must be a Muskegon thing...idk.. But whoever management is NEEDS to remedy and rectify these situation..

Mail workers be all on their phones or having ppl meet them on their route so they can talk & delivering mail to wrong houses, neighbors from a block over have dropped my mail off a few times. Ppl have important things coming in the mail & their workers to busy to pay attention on where they putting the mail.

I received the best customer care a service today from a very professional young lady named Neka(apologies if I spelled it wrong).I have a very bad social anxiety an she went above an beyond the call of business an professional conduct to help me get the glasses sent to my father.Thanks to all the staff and workers that contributed. Very professional an very great atmosphere

No line at noon but somehow still had to wait 10 minutes to get to customer service! How did The post office actually get worse? Cheap prices aren't worth waiting. Go to UPS.

Got there 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. There were several people ahead of me in line. My turn arrived right at closing. Another employee locked the doors and the clerk continued to take care of myself and the others in the line. Very friendly and helpful despite working after closing time.

I set up a package to be sent to the post office and instead they sent it to my house. I work second shift and the package is set to arrive at 8pm. I live in a trailer park. This is why I was having it sent to the post office. Your basically setting my package up to get stolen. I came inside and of coarse your not able to help me. Why would you? God forbid you fix your own mistakes. No wonder you have such a low rating. What do you even help with?

Worst customer service ever! I have not been receiving all my mail or packages since I put in my change of address online as instructed 2 weeks prior to moving, (i moved on 10/1/2023) and still having issues. Recieved notice from my old mail carrier that I had mail and packages at the post office and I needed to go get them. I went to the post office today, the lady behind the desk AVIS, told me she is unable to verify me with out the "letter". I asked what letter as I have not been receiving my mail, she states "The one you got in the mail". I let her know again that I was not receiving mail so I do not have said letter, AVIS response " How am I supposed to verify you"..... I guess driver licenses with pictures and the corrected address change on the back side was not good enough! Long story short supervisor came out to call me irrate. I let him know I was infact not irrate just looking for my mail and packages that were there. In the end LEWIS the horrible customer service manager did not give me any mail or packages and told me I was all set my packages and mail will eventually be forwarded as they are behind in the mail office. Customer service is terrible. They are rude and do not help you with important information. Still no mail :(
