I won quite a bit of money at the casino Wednesday and went to Trade Home today to buy a couple pair of shoes. There were 3 men at the register, talking and yakking it up. Never was spoken to, nodded to or acknowledged in any way!!! We left with my several hundred dollars I intended on spending!! Poor POOR, customer service!!

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a pretty good selection of quality brands and a variety of styles. The fitting and consultation were very thorough. I explained what I was looking for, my concerns, etc. They helped me find the perfect combination of shoes and insoles to suit my needs.

Always have had trouble finding shoes, Micheal the manager of the store personally helped my wife and me for a good 30-45 mins with our kids and was patient and helped us find the perfect shoes! Grade A experience and A+ Employee, he should be rewarded!

We stopped here on a recommendation from our Podiatrist. We were looking for a recovery sandal by Hoka. We were pleasantly surprised by all the brands of beautiful shoes they carried. The service we received was over and beyond expectations. The salesman actually putting your foot in a shoe and preparing it so you can walk around in it was amazing. Who does that anymore but here? I like that old fashioned service. He gave so many recommendations about various shoes. Yes, it made a difference to us as we were able to make smarter choices from his knowledge.

We have been shopping at the Muskegon location for a few years now. There have been a few issues come up, but every time, they surprise me with better than expected service and satisfaction. They know how to keep a customer happy.

First time shopping at Tradehome Shoes. It will not be the last! This is the last of its kind shoe store. They actually work with each customer to make sure that they are getting a proper fit. They take the time to help you put the shoes on. You don’t find service like this anymore!Michael was exceptional today!! None of my business what he makes but in my opinion it’s not enough! He understands his product and peoples feet. Almost like a foot doctor. Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend seeing Michael at Tradehome Shoes!! Thank you Michael!!!While you’re there, try out the Hoka line of shoes. Exceptional!! Expensive but well worth the money!!
