The store may be good, but Total Wireless phone service, with customer service based in the "How I can help with you today?" Philippines service is a nightmare. The phone service plan used to be a deal, but is now maybe 5 to 7 dollars more than plans that are based in the U.S. with customer service centers who speak AND understand English. Oh, and the two towers they have work WONDERFULLY if the sun is out, there are no competing signals, no mountains, no hills, and the air pollution is as low as it was in the early fifties. Otherwise, "I sorry problem is for you." Like I said, sorry this store may offer great service, but good luck when you have to deal directly with the company once you sign up. In other words DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TOTAL WIRELESS

Please people take heed to our words we have been going through total wireless for about 5 to 6 years now every month it’s an issue I know people are going to do what they want but please people heed our words total wireless is not a trustworthy company we were treated really bad and we didn’t get any apologies no reconciliation nothing so please people stay away

Thieves, i tried to add a line and the lady guarenteed me that it would work with the new phone base on the ime number and that if it didnt i would get a refund. Well it didnt work after multiple calls and finally them saying that the phone just wont work they refused to give me a refund. Phone was transfered from Verizon and unlocked now its on tmobile service.Never been so unhappy with a phone company, not sure where to go from here..
