Easy to access and load. Air conditioner was running, so the temp controlled unit was as expected. The storage lockers are double doored so they are easy to get furniture in and out.

Quick and easy online sign-up. Was able to move my stuff in the same day. Facility is clean and the units are also clean and secure. They also have carts available to use to move your stuff at no charge.

Haven't went to the unit yet. Only thing that was a little tricky was during the rental process it was a bit tricky putting in a birthdate. There was a lot of pages to go thru to get to mine. It would have been easier just to type it in.

I was able to sign up and enter using the provided codes very quickly and easily. The hours of operation are very flexible which is convenient for me. The inside of the facility was very clean and nice-smelling, clearly well taken care of. The inside of our unit was also clean and spotless. The lock was easy to open. I'm pleased with using the storage service so far.

So far so good. Controlled climate is very nice and the big fans help when you are breaking a sweat moving things in. The storage area is very clean and it's really helpful having the moving carts available.

I had to rent a storage unit last minute, and the whole rental process at this location was one of the easiest parts of moving! Customer service is always awesome. I had to make a phone call around 10pm due to having an issue and they were super friendly late at night, and thanked me for calling them! They have carts which make it so much easier to move your belongings in, and it’s extremely clean! I have already recommended this place to others and will continue to do so!

I needed a climate controlled unit. The online ordering was super easy. I had my unit number and door access code immediate and was able to get in and get a lock on my unit within the hour. Couldn't be happier!
