No way to communicate with company and was overly charged for the smallest unit. Renting the unit was easy and quick. Would of appreciate a return phone call when I left a message and I feel that I overpaid for the service rendered and they are quick to block access to the unit if you do not p[ay on the first of the month. Horrible experience!

?WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THIER UNITS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MANAGEMENT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IVE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF AND ALL THEY COULD OFFER ME WAS TO WAIVE MY FEES FOR THE MONTH. ALL MY BELONGS HAVE ROACHES CRAWLING THROUGH IT AND I HAVE TO THROW EVERYTHING OUT SMH IM LIVID. I JUST MOVED INTO A BRAND NEW HOUSE AND NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE EVERYTHING I ALREADY HAD SMH ??♀️ I STORED MY BELONGINGS HERE THINKING IT WOULD BE A SAFE CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
