Tried to buy a phone out right not payments.They saying i have to use thier service for 3months to use my normal service.I recommend u shop else where for your phone needs.Never had a company tell me what i can do with something i paid for not payment's.smfh

Incompetent employees had me drive to pick up a phone they said they had. Didn't have it after I got there and stood in the store for 20 mins waiting Sherman location is wildly better

The in house customer service was awe some. The staff went above and beyond to get me what I needed! In general cell phone services have bad areas and it is not just T-mobile. 5 stars for the staff on Apple Ave

I had a phone with a malfunctioning screen and was given the run around at the Ludington store. After calling and talking to T- Mobile directly I went into this location to try again. They were EXTREMELY helpful. I had a new phone at my door the very next morning at no cost. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I returned to see about getting a different phone to lower my bill. Julie was AMAZING! Not only did she set me up with a new phone and lower bill but I walked out with a Galaxy Watch 5 and could not be happier. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!

Recently paid my bill here, at this particular T-Mobile, and was very impressed with the customer service. The staff at this store were extemely positive(especially Jessica and Sarah the Manager),outgoong, and knowledgable about the services offered through T-Mobile. Thanks Ladies your awesome!!!!

I lost my phone last Wednesday and after a few days realized it was gone for good. I went to T-Mobile to see what I could do about replacing it. I figured it was going to be lots of money since I had no insurance. Boy, was I surprised when Sarah said I could walk out with my new phone for under $50. I love my new phone. It works so much better than the last one. Thank you Sarah and T-Mobile.

Do you have "Jump-on-Demand"? Get rid of this junk. For starters, you have to pay off half of the phone before you can replace a crappy phone, which makes if Jump when T-Mobile says you can, not on demand. On Demand would mean that you could change phones when you would like to, not when T-Mobile says you can. Jump-on-Demand benefits T-Mobile not you.Also, when you do finally get T-Mobile's permission to use the worthless Jump-on-Demand, you end up having to pay at least half or more of the cost of the new phone. Everything works in favor of T-Mobile's favor. We need to just go back to landlines. T-Mobile is doing nothing in your favor.

Went to 2 T- mobile places, the first one Chris helped me, he answered a lot of questions I had, as of right now I'm a Sprint customer and was wondering what the difference was between the two, and if I could save money. The second store I talked to Mikel, he was also helpful, gave me a few more answers then what Chris had missed, other than that I was satisfied with both of them. Neither store was a corporate store sad to say. At least they have a place locally

Shout out to Zeke - was extremely helpful and kind and thoroughly explained my service plan/phone upgrade options. Made me feel super comfortable. Did not feel any sales pressure whatsoever which is also super appreciated. He even suggested mulling it over before making a decision. I’ll definitely be returning to this location! ?? ??
