My car salesman was the absolute best car salesman I have ever had. He is the salesman for Subaru Andrew Belock. He was extremely knowledgeable and not a stick in the mud type of guy at all, even tho he is a Subaru salesman he helped us look at a number of different cars all over My Auto Imports. He knew quite a bit about other cars also, if he didn’t let us know he was unsure and he called someone and asked. He was not pushy at all. I will definitely buy another car from him, where he may be.

Ordered a new car in July and they helped me through the process. They even kept the same interest rate from July and kept my car value from July as well. Very good people here and recommend

Love your Subaru. My wife and I both love ours. We thought we would start working with Muskegon of Subaru. What a mistake that turned out to be. I took my 2015 Impreza 5 speed in for an Air Conditioning Recharge. The AC was working when I arrive it was simply not as cold as it should be. The tech who check me in said it would probably be just a simple recharge. I figured they would find a leaky o-ring or something. I should have stopped when the check-in manager drove my car in and left it out of gear and without setting the parking brake. The car rolled halfway back out of their bay but I figured it was a simple mistake. After waiting in the waiting room they came back said it needed o-rings and a pressure valve. Pretty much what all the youtube videos said. They told me they would need to order the parts and they would be in and they could get my car back in by Thursday. (3 days) I called Wednesday night to check if the parts had arrived and they told me the o-rings had been back ordered until the end of the month. (3 more weeks). Keep in mind these o-rings are the most likely thing to go wrong in the Subie AC unit. I was a bit surprised they didn't just have them on their shelf at the dealership. I decided at this point they had not followed through on their commitment and would take my car to my local guy. I called to get a refund of the deposit left two messages and they never called back on the third call I got a hold of their service department. Who gave me the run around over the phone and said they would need to look up my account and would call me back to remedy the service charges. They never called me back. I have never had to call my credit card company and put a hold on a payment before this. Beware this was a horrible experience from start to finish. Take your car to Kalamazoo it will be worth the extra miles driven.

My auto import has some of the best employees in the automotive industry. The Subaru parts department is the highest rated parts department in the automotive industry with a huge selection of hard to find parts and low prices. You should talk to Mike udel he's is knowledgeable in so many areas of parts specifically in Subaru parts.
