This business is bye far the best when it comes to courtesy,they are amazing worker's and mechanics,I only bring my car here and it's fixed within a reasonable amount of time and cost.tyler and his dad are the only people I bring my car to for a reason.

I had them tow my plow truck. I called the dispatcher she asked for my credit card number before they towed. I gladly gave her the card. I only asked that she call me before the card was charged. the driver showed up about 45 minutes later I helped them load my plow truck I told him more to take it. I only asked him please call me before you charge my credit card. A week later I found out they charged me almost double what other towing companies had quoted me for the tow and they never called me to tell me what the charge was or that my vehicle got to the repair facility. I called the manager to complain and all he said was he would talk to the driver and the dispatcher. No offer to make it right not even an apology. There are too many other towing companies in Muskegon call somebody else don't use Stafford's

I went to Stafford for my muffler problem. Very noisy. Instead of having to spend a lot of money for a new Muffler for my 2008 Prius they thought out of the box and just replaced the rusty section on the muffler. They examined the gasket and felt it was in good condition. So they saved me slot of money. The repair was done for under $100.00. The Prius is once again quiet and performing well.

Love this place!! So honest and they only fix what absolutely needs to be done. They were very reasonably priced, and went out of their way to fix my car even though they were booked till the next week. I will definitely be bringing my car back!
