Just signed up for the unit today. I had a few questions so I called and they were very helpful. The unit was available immediately after I signed up with the access code and unit number. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the unit as I've rented from other companies that weren't.

The storage unit is super clean. The door is great. It poured rain last week and not a drop got in. The landscape is pretty also. Prices are reasonable. I've already recommended Sherman Self Storage to friends!

I am new to getting a unit with you guys. The first day I went there I was having issues getting in. I called the emergency number and they got back to me in a timely manner. Turns out I needed to press the # key after putting in the gate code. I was unaware of that because it didn't say that on my instructions. So you guys might want to put that in customers instructions. Other than that I am so far pleased.

Nice, new units. Seem to be dry and pest free. Keypad is very basic but functional. Key in, no need to key out which is nice.

Renting from this place was really easy and fast there was a lock waiting in the unit ready for me, so no need to buy your own. The 10x20 unit fit my truck very well.
