6/20/24 between 10:30 pm and 11 pm. I didn't even want to give one star, but that's how this rating system is set up. Purchased a $1.39 item was given two $5 and a bunch of ones. When I gave the change back I instantly realized I was a $1 short went back in the store cashier cashier passed that $1 back quickly. He knew his short change attempt was up. He never asked a question just open the register and gave us our money. His co-worker was sat right beside him eating pizza so he wasn't alone. PLEASE COUNT YOUR CHANGE PEOPLE

Great service. I walked in for 2 things, didn't have enough to get the second thing, the employee on shift helped me pay for it. Made my day, will always come back.

Terrible ServiceThe gas station was open 24 hours regularly and all of a sudden it was closed. Lights are on and the door is locked with no one in there. Short-staffed is a good reason to not be open, but not giving a warning that you might be closed due to short staff is just stupid.When I actually do go inside, they seem to have a problem with me being there. At least one or two of them gave me the evil eye. When I made a mistake of saying the wrong dollar amount for the gas I wanted to buy, the cashier gave me a hard time about it. They may have been joking and I believe I said they were, however it sounded serious.There isn't a public restroom. This isn't made clear by any signs on the door. When I walked up to what I thought was the restroom hoping for it to be unlocked so I didn't have to ask for the key, your employee thought I had bad intentions which I did not.Shout out to her for doing her job, thinking she was protecting the store, but the managers clearly do not do theirs

I was just passing through and needed to top off my fuel and clean my windshield. The 5 star rating reflects my appreciation for not only having a brand-new squeegee available; but also clean, soapy water to clean off my windshield. Thank you.

Called first, recieved a couple animalistic grunts to leave me to assume they're open. Walked in, grabbed a water got nothing but more disgusting animalistic grunts and assumed my purchase was complete.

Worst gas station I've ever been to. It has been poorly run for years, needs to be shutdown, very dirty, they hire young thug's that have issues with white people, which is very obvious. Will not give them another dime of my money. I have video recording of the horrible interaction I had with one of the thug's if anyone would like to review it. Not to mention the gas pumps are out of date for calibration so they are ripping people off on gas prices.

I was able to get gas fine, I had to go in to get receipt which happens but no public restroom. That's my biggest hang up how does a gas station not have a public restroom, I would have chosen a different gas station!

The "Boss" I definitely try to avoid the store when she's working. Super uncomfortable with her AND she's very rude to the customers.

I have very rarily been dissapointed when coming to this Shell location. I wish they had a more broad selection of non-food /drink merchandise like baby items, toiletries/paper products, Ect. I have never really had a problem with an employee being rude/unhelpful/ unprofessional, but there is a young african-american girl (HAVE NEVER THOUGHT TO GET HER NAME??) that is on her 3rd month of working there and she goes above & beyond for her customers, & she is so outgoing, nice, pretty, & a very hard worker! Needless to say, she is VERY RESPECTED BY ALL HER CUSTOMERS! ? KEEP DOING YOU GIRL ?

No bathroom, says 24 hours on the door but doors got locked behind me before my husband could go inside to buy a water. Wesco down the road is 10x better.
