I cannot say enough good about this business. I was from out of town and had tried Muskingum Brake and tire. They wouldn’t look at my tire and told me it would be 2 days. Power went out and they could not open. Tried two more stores and they would not fit me in. S&T Auto Repair was recommended to us. I called and they got me right in. Checked the tires found a broken belt ordered a tire and next day they fit is in and installed it for a very reasonable price. Still waiting on Muskegon Tire and Brake to call me.

At this point, I can only give a partial review, however, based on my initial exposure, the gal on the phone squeezed me in for a issue with my vehicle when other repair facilities wouldn't! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment as rodents entered my vehicle's engine compartment and chewed some wires (I have to re-attach) before I make another appointment. When canceling, again, the gal was very understanding & said to get a hold of them when i'm ready to take it in.

Friendly and courteous staff. I had a screw in a tire and didn’t have the time to schedule an appointment with my usual car dealership. S&T was able to get me in that day and repaired my tire within minutes.

Don't bother with this place. Poor quality work and they will not stand behind it. They replaced my exhaust manifold and within a month is was leaking again. When I brought the truck back to them they denied that that manifold was leaking, but also claimed that the noise I was hearing was lifter tick and my engine was failing. Turns out they left the head with stripped threads and 1 bolt just free spinning in the head. They also did not install the head shield correctly. It was missing 1 nut, was crooked , loose and rattling. Prefered Chrysler service called it an absolute hack job. Confirmed the exhaust manifold was leaking, and that my engine was sound. 1 thread was completely stripped out with zero threads left. The hole needed to be heli coiled Do not give this place your business.

Scheduled an appointment to have A/C checked out and tappet cover gasket replace. Waited one week to get in for appointment, not a problem. They replaced the tappet cover gasket, easy buck, then said they didn’t have time to check the A/C. I think that’s why I scheduled an appointment.
