The Rynberg’s brothers truly care about the customer experience! I recently bought a beautiful Honda CRV from them and was so pleased with the experience! They stayed open a little later for me on a Saturday leading into a holiday and we finished up the experience on Tuesday after the holiday. All in all I probably only spent a half hour tops in their office having to do the dealership paperwork that held me back from car shopping for so long!

Overall had a great purchasing experience and was able to get a good loan rate for my car.
Was having some long cranking issues when starting, they adjusted the fuel pressure. Didn't have any issues for a while but the long cranking time returned- they told me to call and make an appointment at a specific place to have it looked at. I called the place 2-3 times over the course of a couple weeks with no response. I'm fairly busy (college, work) and driving 20-30 minutes just to make an appointment was not something I was able to do, and the car was still able to start eventually with issues so I didn't follow up.
Hasn't been an issue other than being concerning-sounding, but went to my mechanic about it and he was able to print me out a sheet of starting issues from models of my car, so now I have to find time to go to Subaru and figure that out.
I will put 5 stars because of the customer service experience, Just never being getting a phone call answered with the place they referred was frustrating. Wish it was something that could have been dealt with before I purchased the car.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Rynbergs's and it had a couple little issues and Nick worked with me through them and took care of all of them. A pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them. Customer service is their goal and it shows. Nick went above and beyond! Thank you!!!

I purchased two vehicles with Rynberg's, and both times was a great experience. The guys were very helpful with the financing aspect of things and the first vehicle I purchased with them was very dependable and got me everywhere I needed to go with no trouble for 3 years! Since I had purchased a vehicle with higher mileage, I recently decided to trade it in and purchase another used minivan with them for my business and personal needs. This time around they were just as helpful with financing and all the details, including making sure the vehicle was in great shape for me. When a minor issue popped up close to my purchase date, they immediately got the vehicle in for repair and even had a loaner for me in the meantime. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service, which are two of the most important factors in my opinion when purchasing a used car. When it's time to upgrade again, we will be back! ?

Buying a vehicle can be difficult, but I called Nick told him what I was looking for, and within a few days I was in my new to me Nissan Pathfinder. Quality customer service, they stand by their vehicles and understand the urgency of purchasing a vehicle but also the need to provide quality vehicles to their customers.
Highly recommend Rynberg, call and ask for Nick, stand up family, and car lot. I drove from Jenison , because of their outstanding support, and customer service.

I needed a safe vehicle for my daughter to take to college in a month. I contacted Rynberg's late in the day about a vehicle they had on the lot that fit my needs. Rick Rynberg answered the phone & told me he would wait for me to get there (even though I was cutting it close to closing time). When I got there, he let me test drive the car & even spent time with me a good 30 minutes after they closed. Being very interested in the car, he let me pick it up the next day and take it to my mechanic (he actually encouraged me to do so). This was a huge bonus for me as I am not mechanical and needed that confidence from my mechanic to feel comfortable purchasing the car.
Keeping in mind that it's a used car (there will never be a perfect used car), my mechanic looked it over and there was only one potentially concerning issue. I expressed my concern over that issue when I brought it back to Rynberg's and Rick immediately acknolwedged that it was a legitimate concern & told me he would look into it & take care of any issues that were found. Over the weekend he made sure the vehicle was taken care of. There were, in fact, some things that needed to be done & he stood by his word, making every effort to fix what was needed. I know because of his promise to me, he didn't make as much money on the car, which is a huge level of character.
This is the 4th vehicle I've had to purchase this year, so I know a thing or two about interacting with car sales people. This entire process was very painless, and in fact, incredibly positive. Everyone I interacted with at Rynberg's was professional as well as extremely personable. There was at no point any push for something I didn't want. Rick, Jim, Nick & Erik were all very kind (hopefully I got their names all right!). In addition, I felt the price was very fair. I'll definitely be looking at them next time I need a car (& I have 5 kids so chances are high there will be more purchases). I would certainly suggest anyone check them out if you're looking in the area.

Professional, Communicative, Respectful, Honest, Knowledgeable, and Patient
Our experience was so positive that I will never buy a used-car from anywhere other than Rynberg's Car Company. I've stopped through other Car Dealers before, and I have to say, they've got NOTHING on the level of service that Rynberg's provides. They helped us choose a car that fits our needs. They helped us navgiate financing (even tried to negotiate a lower rate with lenders on our behalf). Any issues that were brought up were addressed in a timely and effective manner. These guys are the genuine article when it comes to selling cars, and I cannot recommend them enough. Skip the shady car dealers and go to Rynberg's so you can see how a real car dealership is supposed to be run.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this car lot. Great experience from the moment I walked through the door, greeted by the owners and staff.
No time wasted, got straight into the vehicle we showed interest in. No pressure into anything outside budget or needs.
They covered everything we needed including all finance and questions with care and professionalism.

The dad of the owners was running it when i came in and he was so nice! the two sons were also very nice and handled everything super pleasantly, basically a mom an pop shop of autoselllers, highly rec! made it as painless and easy as possible!
