My name is Richard Hammond , Hammond Const. Company pickup involved in accident, Apple Ave. Towing people very professional. I asked to have the truck towed to either my shop, or to my body shop. The driver stated they had to tow to their yard first. I protestd, and asked if the yard was secure. He said it was. My mistake. They called the next morning telling me the truck had been gone thru. In truth, the vehical had ben RAMSACKED.!!! MONEY STOLEN, TOOLS STOLEN, PERSONEL INFORMATION COMPRISED. I believe the thrives to be employed by them.

I went in for a body shop estimate and they refused...Ok? Then I delivered pizza from Jets and they said I had to move my car before they would take the delivery.

worst people in the city.... rude as hell to customers. lady at the desk was rude as hell to my man. wanting more money for towing instead of what it was supposed to be. wont take cards always cash. the lady told my man "here's your keys now get the HELL OUT OF MY SHOP!!!!" to him so rude I do not recommend Ramos for any vehicle tow

I can not thank Ramos enough for how great they were to work with. I got the call no mother ever wants to get, that my two daughters were in a car accident. They were both sore and bruised but okay, thank God, the car however, was totaled. Ramos was there so quickly, had the car cleaned up and taken to their lot and then were extremely helpful and walked me through my next steps to take care of the car.

Recently had a vehicle impounded and dealt with the owner David during the release. As lousy as the situation was, David was nothing but great to deal with. Genuinely wanted to do all he could to make things easier and cheaper for me.
