“I've been renting water softener units from Kohlys since 2008. In 2021, we built a new home, and we continued with renting from Koleys a new unit in our new home. We weren't in our house a year when we had a mishap with the new well. Our well guy put a new well in free if charge. We thought we were doing the right thing and contacted Kohleys to inform them their unit had been compromised from the issue with the well. I have always rented the unit and enjoyed the free service. Kohleys made us pay for a new unit that we are still just renting. $1,000. So be careful, even though you're renting, if something goes wrong, you pay for it. I could see if we abused the unit, but this was a well mishap. I paid for it and still don't own it.”
