Do not trust this facility. 5 weeks after purchasing my used 2017 Dodge Ram, engine light came on, repair cost me $600.00. Although I purchased the vehicle as is, my mechanic said this issue was known to seller. I thought maybe Preferred would help me out here to save their reputation but I guess I was wrong. Word of mouth spreads and I will continue to spread the negativity

When I arrived and got out of my car I stood in front of 3 employees at their desks for over 3 minutes and none of them acknowledged me at all. The female walked pass me twice as she went to other cars.How hard is it to find a second and say”good morning someone will be with you in a minute.” Then Rick came from the parts and immediately said “good morning how can I help you “? He proceeded to process the paperwork n got my vehicle completed. As I left I thanked him for his help and told him that I was not impressed with his co-workers effort. He apologized and made me feel better as he said “ next time just come and see me” which I will. I just know I have purchased 2 out of 3 cars from Pererrered. Even the last car I did not purchase by you I still came to your establishment. Do your self a favor don’t loose Rick and expect to keep customers coming back unless you train or incentive them if possible.

Dropped off early Monday morning and didn't get my vehicle back until late Wednesday night. Would be nice if your service department would answer the phone. I had to get a ride to the shop to talk to my service guy in person.

Jason Wheeler was wonderful to work with. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and we drove out with it the same day. We are very happy with our Jeep Compass TrailHawk.

These people actually fix your car and do a good job. Betten said they changed my plugs and they didn't. They did put new coils in. I will use Jeep to fix my stuff. I bought my car from Betten but never again.

Preferred Service staff were very nice and accommodating. Making my appointment was a breeze, she got my vehicle right in. The Service department were all smiles and helpful while dropping my car off and picking it up. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled factory recall and was promptly greeted and treated with professionalism. The new waiting area included space to work remotely. The team kept me updated on timing of the repair and fully answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience.

I acquired a 2019 Dodge Challenger and plum crazy purple I am really happy with my purchase and so is my mom. The car has been great and has really been a great addition to my family. Friendly, quick and fair priced. Have purchased vehicles from Preferred since they took over the dealership and have never had a complaint. Also at this visit I requested a tutorial on how to set up my preferred settings on the screen behind the steering wheel. From the Owners Manuel I could not understand the technical procedure. The Service Attendant helped me do it and more importantly explained how to remember the protocol.

Another excellent service appointment. Preferred Chrysler has done 141 oil changes on my 2008 Dodge Avenger that now has 427,000+ miles on it. They are always accommodating by scheduling me at lunch time so I can go across the street to enjoy lunch while my car is being serviced. When I'm done with lunch my car is sitting there ready to go another 3,000 miles until my next oil change! Very convenient, fast and friendly service every time!

The technician I worked with was, pleasant, understanding and kind. I have an extended warranty that wasn't answering their phones. He would call and remain on hold for 2+ hours waiting for them to answer.Once I gave up on warranty and went in to pay repair myself, he had a lady call warranty that morning. Which resulted in them paying. The work was done quickly Once okay was given, he explained what was wrong with the engine of my van.I would go back to Preferred Chrysler

Our experience with Rick in the service department was phenomenal! Repairs came out lower than estimated (always love that!) and he was incredibly down to earth and made us feel like his top priority. Fantastic experience with everyone there

Sean was an amazing salesman. He met us at the door before we even got a chance to get out of the vehicle. He was very helpful and professional. Treated us with courtesy. And got us approved within a couple hours for a Jeep after my 15 y/o and I had been in a car accident and our other Jeep had been totaled. I highly recommended my other daughter to him for a Jeep as well. And we both love our Jeeps. I would definitely do business with Sean again. He deserves a big hi five. And we recently had safety recalls on our Jeeps and the service department was great as well. Very friendly and professional. I have never had this great experience anywhere else. So thank you Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep for having such wonderful people working for you!
