Some people only write negative reviews it seems like... Melinda has done my taxes for 10+ years! she is great. Always has steered me I the right direction. I would recommend to friends and family most definitely!

I have been coming here for over 10 year and I currently owe $1900 in federal taxes because a mistake that was made in my previous years tax returns. I took my taxes to another place for a 2nd look and found out that they screwed up AGAIN this year causing me to have to amend my daughters tax return for this year. When I called and advised how upset I was with them filing my childrens taxes however they wanted to file them (not how I told them), melinda's husband had nothing to say. I told him I was upset over the fact they can do whatever they wanted with other people's tax returns and all he said was I wanted to take my taxes to get done for cheaper after they did my return. NO! I want my return done RIGHT! I asked to speak with Melinda, and conveniently, she isn't there. Wouldn't make an appointment or let me leave a message. I found out when taking my taxes to get a second look that I should've gotten an extra 200-300 each year. I have dealt with only her husband who has no idea what the hell he is doing and haven't seen Melinda in person for over 6 years. That should've been my first sign. I will NEVER GO BACK. I will continue, though to give bad reviews and let all my friends and family know not to go there. Very disappointed! I should be able to trust the person handling my taxes. Guess I was wrong!
