“I am from Ohio, I am up here recovering from open heart surgery ( my dad and brothers live here). My dad said he heard great things from MR. Axle, so we took my jeep to have the driver's ft. Axle replace. We dropped it off and the next morning it was finished. Once I get back from a doctor's visit in Ohio. I will be putting my jeep back in the shop at MR. Axle so they can do the other repairs I need done to my jeep. Very friendly and professional. So glad my dad had heard great things from this shop.”

“Relocated from Colorado in March and needed a new oil change shop. Had tried a couple but didn't have great luck. Thought I was going to have to drive Muskegon to Holland for as need oil changes but found Servive Pro. I guess Sam is the newest owner and I have to say he did a complete, wonderful job. “I had to leave on a business trip across a few states with very little notice and I felt like I needed an alignment so I called the company to see if they had a room to just squeeze me in.Turns out I needed a control arm. Not only did they tell me this, they offer to pull you onto the shop floor to show you what they are seeing. Absolutely love that.My car exhaust is also loud so they recommended me elsewhere because if they did it they would have to replace the entire exhaust. They were honest, they didn't deny the job but gave me all the information to make my own decision and I love that.They even drove me back to my job while they worked on my car. Just wow!You can tell they all work as a team and are trying their best to give you the best service from the desk lady who is a super friendly and knowledgeable down to earth lady, the person working on your car who will sit and explain everything to you, and even the manager was smiling and cracking jokes - work appropriate of course. Love that they all seem to actually enjoy their job and work together so well.If you're nervous about taking your car here, don't be. I will 100% be back when needed and I would 100% recommend them! I have never before been to a car repair shop where I actually learned something, was described the issue and felt completely confident in the services. I can say that about here and it makes me so happy! Thank you!!”
