I went see the dealership yesterday my Auto import in Muskegon got fantastic service there , Derrick Hays and Jose went out the there way showing me cars the ben thinking I would like and Boy did I went for a test ride with Derrick he explaining the car function to me Both took there time with me never pushing me or hurrying me to make a decision and to the End I bought a VW TAOS witch I love that car is perfect for me thanks Derrick and Jose, every person i talked to at the dealership been so helpful ben a great Experience, for me thanks my auto import you got great Employees , Olly DeVoursney

I took my Tacoma truck in for rear brakes. After service on the ride home I noticed a lot of play in the brake pedal that was not there before. I called the service desk and the service manager told me he talked with the technician that did the repair and assured me the brakes were adjusted properly. Two weeks later I took the truck to a different repair facility for front brakes replacement and asked them to check if the rear brakes were adjusted properly and functioning as they should. What they found was the rear pads were "all the way" closed and were not contacting the drums at all. After correcting this incompetence issue the brakes are now working as they should. Poor service is one thing.....poor service and being lied to is totally unacceptable (and in this instance dangerous since the failure was non-functioning brakes!).

I delt with Oliver as a mobile mechanic for a customer in Buffalo NY on a 21 suberu wrx 2.5liter.
He was professional, to the point, and willing. Made my job at the dealership for the client 100 times easier with Oliver pulling the reins.

Brought my Subaru in because it was sputtering... They quoted me 2200 for my clutch assembly (has nothing to do with the reason I brought it in) and then 530 for a fluid leak fix.. I paid the 530 and the issue I brought it in to get fixed never got touched. Then got a follow up message asking about my visit and told them what happened and got a reply saying the service manager would be contacting me... That was a week ago no contact. Would highly suggest bringing vehicle somewhere else where they will fix the problem they were supposed to or at least do right by the customer instead of trying to add unnecessary add ones on your bill just to get money from you!!!

I got a car from My Auto back in 2022 and since I never had an issue kept in contact with my agent even when he moved to service. I guess recently he left and my experience just went downhill. Between the last month and a half I have had to constantly go there and nothing is never prepared even though they would have already had my diagnosis done the parts will never be in. Sunday they told me my parts were in however Monday my car overheated I got it towed Tuesday there and have been waiting since Tuesday for a diagnosis for that so I can get both services done. Well today, Friday I suppose to receive it, but now I am getting told they are hoping for a diagnosis today but they don’t know when. I am a teacher and I also run a store. Each time I had to take my car I’d ask for a loaner obviously I know things change but EVEN when I scheduled my appointments around loaners they will tell me they only received a certain amount back out they won’t have any for a couple of days. Now I am being told it could be even longer without my car. I just hate I have to even talk bad about them or have a horrible experience because I love my vehicle I got there and I did love the dealership but their communication sucks right now and just taking care of people who did business with them previously and I only trusted them with my car and the amount both my services are and I’m willing to still pay is crazy. I really how by the time I get my car it was worth it. I went through alot Tuesday alone that I did not include with the back and forth of where my car would be luckily whoever runs the Subaru department helped however I am very frustrated and I hope I just caught them at a bad time.

This is by far the best dealership in west Michigan! Excellent service, great deals on cars. If you’re looking for honesty from a dealership this is the place to go. The team they’ve built over the years is perfect. This place is perfect for anyone needing service or a good deal on a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Just the worst, sales person had to look up answers to every question I had, service department doesn't value your time. Management tries using the church card. I don't know if it can get any worse than my auto import center
