I have been a patient at this doctors office for years and have had nothing short of a great experience. One of my favorite doctors is Dr. Agana whom sees my son. She is always in greats spirits. She greets me with a big smile. She's encouraging and knowledgeable. I don't have to wait long and she always makes sure I get everything I need whether it's a referral, general information, or medication. We love her! ❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Agana and because of her my son feels comfortable going to get checkups. Her and her Husband are a Pilar to this community with there volunteering and donations. Muskegon needs more of them❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you for all you do.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed, mad, upset, frustrated, should I go on...I seen Dr. Saucer on January 17, 2024. I had a root canal, and he was doing the permanent filling on this capped front tooth. He wants to put a flexible tube in the tooth to prolong the life of the tooth. He spoke to Elise to order it. I was to hear from her in 2 WEEKS. I patiently waited. She NEVER called. I waited. Still waiting on April 17th. So I spoke to office manager Brandy. She was going to look into it and call me back. She NEVER called back. Again, I waited. So, on May 23, 2024, I spoke to Kenesha Collins. Both Kenesha and Brandy were to call me back on Tuesday, May 28th. Well you know, they NEVER called. Again, I was waiting. So, on Monday, June 10th, I spoke to Kenesha Collins. She was to call me back on Tuesday, June 11th. We'll here it is , June 24th, 2024. I'm still waiting. She NEVER called. I left a voice-mail today and she has NOT called yet. Do I need to say I don't want to lose my front tooth?
Also, I have been waiting to get my partial because I have only 6 front teeth. Elise said I could get the front tooth in the partial. Well why would I when Dr. Saucer said he could save it..She also said I am ready to go for the partial. Now I have lost my Medicaid. I feel I should NOT have to pay for these services because they were not done in a timely manner. Both Brandy and Kenesha said I will NOT have to pay. I AM HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS. Shouldn't they be accountable?
The other thing is I'm NOT leaving Muskegon Family Care Dental. I love it here. The people are good. Dr. Saucer is the best and Lori the hygienist is back! But without patients will there be jobs?

In reading reviews the most common response is that it gets forwarded to the dental team. I need better results.

The wait time was a little long on our last visit but my daughter (5yrs) has been seeing Dr. Agana since birth. Her energy is amazing and she does great with kids. 5stars for the Doc!

I love my son's pediatrician Dr. Agana, she is the BEST pediatrician in my opinion, she's very thorough, great with kids and babies, and cares deeply for all of her patients. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great pediatrician.

I love my kids doctor she is so wonderful an does a great job with my kids Dr. M Agana is the best kid doctor I done had at Muskegon Family Care my kids love her as there doctor an so do I she is really great.

So I have a really hard time with trust and drs so I didn't regularly schedule my child check ups until they inherited Dr. Agana! She is absolutely amazing with children and very knowledgeable in her field.. I have 5 children ranging from 12-8/months old and she is THE ONLY Dr. I trust my children with in west Michigan. She goes above and beyond to properly diagnose and treat.
I’m just happy I have insurance that will take her because she is absolutely amazing! MFC takes most insurance if you can get your children in with her she will take great care of them! 10 stars!!

I just have to give a big shout out to Tony "Anthony" Combs, Alicia the counselor over there, Rachel Overkamp a case manager all over on behavioral health side and also to Zack Whittle & Regina (ma/nurse) from medical side. You people have made such an impact in my life. I maybe can't speak for the whole facility but those individuals were always so welcoming and helpful! Thank you for what you do!

I went for dental here in 2018 and the Dentist was so rude and judgemental. He made me not want to come back, not only that, no one told me that a student was working on my teeth til after the appointment. I ended up losing my tooth. Medical wise, my kids now see Dr. Agana. She is pretty good, she listens to concerns and takes the time to talk to the kids. There is a bit of a wait when we come here.

This has been my Dr's. Office for many years. My current Dr. Is amazing. L. Gould. Very easy to talk to and she is straight to the point. Very genuine and relatable. No office is perfect not all experiences are perfect either. The receptionists are friendly as well.
