No good. Took two vehicles there. One for tires. One new tire flat the next morning The other vehicle needed a battery terminal . They put a sleeve on it instead of replacing terminal end. Piss poor fix. Wouldn’t start the next morning Not very happy

I brought my Silverado in recently and got it back in worst shape than I took it there.
For starters the drivers door opened properly when I took it in But wouldn't after pick up
The Battery was completely dead upon pickup
The hood wont lock when shut anymore.
Somehow my oil dipstick is now broken.
When I asked why my vehicle was returned in this condition Rick told me never to come back and told me to "Prove it"
A few months back I brought in my sons Toyota for an oil/filter change. Performance Plus had previously done it and did put the filter on too tight but Rick said he could change it. he changed the oil but not the filter even though I was charged for a new filter also.
I would not recommend this place for any service after the treatment I received and advise others to find mechanics that will treat their customers properly. I'm not even confident this business had any certified mechanics on staff.

Excellent customer service, very professional and was able to diagnose my van’s problem very quickly. Had it fixed in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. I really liked and appreciated their texting system that texted me promptly with a diagnosis and complete cost breakdown and I was also able to approve it so they could get started right away. The only thing I would add to that is a way to pay online- that would be very handy if you can not make it back during operating hours to pick up your vehicle. Very happy with Muskegon Brake and Tire. You’ve earned our future business for sure. Thank you!

I do my own wrenching but use them for tires, alignments ect..they are easy to work with and it's always an easy transaction with with them.

Extremely fair pricing as well, they now are my go-to mechanics after going through a couple others.
