Pretty bad you take trailer in to get a plug wired up because trailer blows a fuse in truck when plugged inn you pay for them to fix it you picked it up and had to bring it back for same blown fuse issue and they charge you again pretty bad service. I took trailer in for these reasons dont try to turn it around you can call me if you are going to do something about it

Right place, right stuff, right crew.
Needed several items done on my horse trailer including wiring issue. Mike and his crew had it all done, as requested ,and for fair price. Wish I had discovered this place long ago!

The customer service I received at Monroe was something you rarely get at a business now. Mr Monroe was so helpful with my trailer issues, explaining everything in detail, fixing my problem, and doing it enthusiastically. His knowledge and friendly demeanor was awesome. He is a really nice person I enjoyed dealing with. I highly recommend Monroe Auto, Truck, and Trailer service center.

I was nervous about leaving my brand new truck for 5th wheel rails and spray in bed liner. I was pleased with what they did. The liner was spot on and the rails were clearly done professionally. They were a little more money than the "Other guys" here in town but well worth it. My truck looks great. Thanks to the crew at Monroe's.

Monroes helped me work through concerns I had with my 2009 pleasureway class B camper van
They checked it over and assured me that the heavy built stabilizer on my van should be sufficient for stability issues
They did not try to sell me something I did not need.
But … I felt that more weight on the front would help with the vans tail weight due to carrying e-bikes on the rear hitch .They agreed .
They found a brush guard that fit the bill … ordered it and installed it within 1 1/2 days
I am very happy with the looks and handling

Monroe Truck and Trailer was awesome! So helpful and so willing to answer questions. They found my parts and got them overnight and then got me in 2 days later to help me get them installed. Other places around town were 4-5 weeks out but they got me in right away. Courteous and helpful and prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend coming to see them if you need any work done or help with your truck, suv or trailer. Ask for Chris or Jess they were great !!

in the past 3 years years I have tried to get my F-150 Lenox brand bed coded by this company started out at about 450.00 and then the second time I went there it went up to 600.00 dollars in the last time I went over $800.00. as far as I'm concerned Monroe's is trying to gouge the customer. There is no reason to go from 450 up to $800 dollars. Joseph

They did an awesome job wiring a trailer harness in my GMC Jimmy. I wanted it done a certain way and they nailed it. Very fine craftsmanship. Also bought what I needed for my trailer. Mike did an awesome job making sure I got what I needed and wanted. Mike if you're reading this, the trailer turned out great and those lights are awesome!
