This fantastic group of medical professionals has taken great care of me and my family for over 10 years. Dr. Blanchard & her team (Amy & Karla primarily) genuinely care, will bend over backwards to get to the bottom of a health issue and are full of warmth & compassion. They’ve worked overtime to squeeze us in for a visit when needed, and even stayed late to help after I had an allergic reaction. They truly care about their patients whole well-being & that caring doesn’t end when you leave the office at the conclusion of the visit. They’re careful to listen to their patients, without judgment, which is almost a lost art these days, and will take the time needed to help find solutions, offer comfort, support, and/or refer to a specialist. The new facility offers convenient one stop general health care with a pharmacy, urgent care, an on-site lab, lots of parking, and easy access for anyone with special needs. Even the exam rooms are nicely organized, modernized, very clean, comfortable & pleasant. The new examination tables are set up like high backed chairs so those of us who need back support can be more comfortable during the discussion part of an exam. When I needed blood work done after an appointment, it was seemless as the lab is on site and my wait time was less than 2 minutes. I’m impressed because it’s clear that Mercy put a lot of thought, caring and compassion into the design of the new facility. The reception staff are always friendly, informative, professional and very personable making Holton Family Practice the ONLY place I’d go for my general medical needs because they genuinely make you feel like you’re a part of their family.UPDATE: I no longer use this facility except for urgent care. Mercy, now Trinity, axed a number of doctors without telling patients why or even that they’d done it. We all just got calls telling us we needed to make appointments with new providers. After years and years of developing an intimate relationship with our family doctor Trinity has left its patients feeling destabilized and adrift. We are patients not teenagers or young adults using Tinder. Relationships matter and it takes years to trust a doctor when there are complex medical issues involved. Trinity forgets that patients develop an emotionally trusting relationship with their primary care giver as well. Thankfully we’re not all as cold as Trinity’s business policies and thankfully Dr. Blanchard is still practicing and I’m able to still see her in her own practice.

Just tried to get the muscle relaxers they prescribed for my scoliosis renewed, and they gave me ibuprofen instead. Literally the worst health care providers in my life time.

I just left from this office balling my eyes out. I was told they can not help me with my adhd because they needed it to be re-dignosed. I have had 2 testing stating that I do indeed have it. They refuse to help. Told me I have to pay to do the testing all over again. I have scoliosis and had an injury to my back. I can not stand on my own. I have a 3 month old child. I have been dealing with this for 2 month with no help from them even tho I've seen 3 different doctors. Now I owe them over2,400 with them telling me they can do nothing for me. I am heart broken. I have never felt suicidal but after today I definitly had thought, because I'm begging them for help and I get nothing. I don't want to live like this anymore. If they couldn't help me they should have said so a year ago. Instead of gaslighting me and taking my money. I am sorry but I will not be returning. What's the point of having a doctor if all they do is referred you to other doctors. Sorry for the rant I bhave just never been so heart broken by a health Provider. I haven been in contact with lawyers to see if this was malpractice.

Came in for bloodwork - facility itself was super nice and clean. Woman checking me for covid symptoms upon arrival was very friendly. Shiela was my lab technician for the bloodwork, she was great! She was friendly and professional. Made it a very quick and painless process.

Came in for a 9:30 appointment. Registered at the desk. Confirmed 3 different phone numbers. Waited 45 minutes before someone came over and said "Sorry. The doctor is on a conference call. We left you a message." First off, why didn't they tell us this when we checked on? Secondly, they have THREE numbers! Perhaps they could have called one of the other ones to tell us we had to reschedule. As it is, I missed a couple of hours of work. The people are nice, but their systems have customer service holes in them.

Waited 5 minutes in the waiting room, and then the doctor was in to see me before the nurse was even finished taking my vitals. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Diabetic neropathy is what my father is suffering from for years and they of course keep us waiting now they have him signing some paperwork saying be can not use thc if you believe in God and know God placed this in our hands to help with pain and discomfort. Why is it my stupid brother gets oppids a large ammount a month but no one ever tell him.no to thc as he is being lowered on the ammount of medication he is given i think we all need to rise up and make trinity healthcare explain and show us they care about there patients i have been instructed by a lawyer in Muskegon to challenge you get my father hooked for many years and she actually said if you use i cannot give you then why the hell is it legal yoj go out for a drink no problem make him a edible and it's wrong if this is your situation please stand up with us this is wrong just creating alcoholic beverages being used at large levels bravo you have no idea how i am angry and oh i will take my 65 yr old dad to attorney because everyone thinks this is prejudice and you know they are trying to play God ...shame thought i was dealin with good Christian people who actually give a damn about people. Please please stand up for our rights we all have the rights to use thank you samantha
