Visiting from the Uk, it’s a large store with a huge selection of stock for sale. For me it’s a tad expensive even comparing to other local stores. I’d certainly shop carefully and make sure I was getting the best deal.

Good service in the paint dept is hit or miss. Today, 1 star. I left after 15-20 mins and went to a competitor to get help. Some visits have been 5 stars. I'll just go where service is consistent. It out weighs price to me. I like menards for other services and will continue to go there.. just not for paints and stains.

Store worker Julia, claimed manager. Horrible experience with her attitude. Got 4 products, one didn't match. Gave a horrid experience to return, and just to get past her experience and away from her voice I took a loss of money

Bought a Husqvarna power washer at Menard's and when I got home, I seen it was made in China on the back of the box. Real Husqvarna's are made in Sweden. I put it together and assembled it all and started it up and it ran for a minute then quit. The spark plug was not getting a spark. I went to Menard's to return it and they would not let me return it because they said I put gas in it. When I called them before I drove 60 miles to their store, they said just drain the gas out of the tank and we will let you return it but when I got there, they said I could not return it or even exchange it for something else Not that I wanted to. Paid $450.00 for it. They told me I needed to take it somewhere to be repaired. I should have bought a real Husqvarna from a dealer. Did not know I was buying Communist China Junk.

Ordered online and went to pickup only to be told I needed to go shop the products myself. Rather defeats the purpose so away I went. You have to go find the matching plu code on your receipt and hope it matches at checkout. When you go to checkout they are unable to verify your barcode and nobody could tell me how to checkout. Got a refund on some things and they didn’t care and said it happens all the time.

Brought a husqvarna weedeater, went to return 2 days later and they wouldn't take it back. I put gas in it to use it and it was very hard to start. The store also tried starting it and had a difficult time. But it eventually started and they said it works so they won't return it. Very dissatisfied and will never buy anything from them again.

I enjoy shopping here but disappointed that we don't get the 11% discount. There prices are still good compared to other box stores.

I'm very displeased, with Menards for a number of years.But this did it. Purchase some idols pay in cash.was given a merchandise credit the trick is you can't receive cash back unless you say so, storesat least give 30 days not Menards and service is terrible.also they need more diversity in customer service and the store that. Get with the program Michigan and grow up.
