You have to pay close attention to what the doctors orders, you always make mistakes on prescriptions and always short on meds I need.
Always don't have it and alot of times been short. Alot of hassle to go through have to keep getting hold of doctor makes it a real nuisance.

Locations are not connected. It is an awful systemic situation. Meijer needs a lot work.

I continued to get notifications from this Meijer Pharmacy saying my insulin was ready. It was in fact not ready. They refused to override the insurance note saying it was “too soon.” I will be switching back to Walgreens pharmacy. Using Meijer pharmacy has been the biggest waste of time.

The pharmacist is an idiot thinks he knows more than a medical doctor. don't go there if you want to actually get your prescriptions filled.

I visited the drive through Meijer Pharmacy on Norton Ave feeling like I was on death’s door. It was my 3rd pharmacy visit this morning trying to obtain a covid test covered by insurance, or at least buy one through the drive through. Every other pharmacy I stopped to was rude, and insisted I must come inside to purchase a test. Jazzy at Meijer checked my insurance, sadly the tests weren’t covered, but she was happy to sell me one through the drive through. Her smile made me feel just a little better, and she took the time to check for me and didn’t make me parade around the store while sick. No clue if Meijer employees get a pat on the back for a positive review, but Jazzy deserves some recognition.

Meijer needs to put a system in place addressing customer concerns. Once complaints are made customers should be able to be treated with respect, rather than have their issues brushed off, minimized, told that "well they probably treat everyone that way" and excusing the ill behavior of certain customers based on race. Not being absolutely careless and saying "well it's the world we live in ya see it all the time on the news" especially when children are racially targeted by adult customers. Customers should not have management hang up the phone in a customer's face without even a you have a good night too or even a goodbye. I can completely understand why so many people of color refuse to shop at the Norton location, a lot of the customer base is rude, and will actually block you from shopping easily or comfortably. Management is completely oblivious, and denies there is an issue, yet states "well we can't kick anyone out of the store for dirty looks," as if I ever once asked or implied that was my intent. I stated clearly that the ladies involved were purposely preventing us from accessing items I wanted to purchase, despite saying excuse me and asking repeatedly to get through as they chit chatted. smh I just called and complimented our cashier a few visits back I got such a lovely welcoming greeting. This time with the knowledge that I was calling to ask about any safeguards or protocols the store had in place was hung up on as soon as I was answered, and the given the run around for over 10 minutes, until finally reaching complete disregard. I don't rarely give negative reviews, or reviews at all, but when my babies feelings are hurt it's my job to advocate for them, and anyone else's children who may end up facing the same degradation, and microagressions there. This is the fourth time in a row we've had a simular issue at this Meijer. It is obviously the culture of the regular customers there.

Your pharmacy has gone down hill. I have had to make three trips just to get my prescriptions. One was called in on a Friday and wasn't ready until Tuesday. I will be switching to another pharmacy (Walmart) for future prescriptions.

This is ridiculous. You can get as many as you want if you have a bridge card. This seems like discrimination

Tried online ordering. They substituted an item and when I declined it and was sitting in the pickup area they called & said I’d have to pay full price for remaining item. Before I had a chance to decide what to do they cancelled the order on my app (without asking me) I am so mad!!

Meijer mistakenly filled an old prescription. I took it back but was told it was inconvenient to take it back at the window. I picked it up at the drive thru. My insurance was charged for a prescription I don't need but the associate working @ 10:20am didn't care to correct the problem.

It's a pharmacy within a Meijer store.
