What a terrible pharmacy. In the several years I’ve been picking up here, never once have I had a smooth prescription fill/pickup. For one thing, it always takes FOREVER for them to fill a prescription - once they process it, it is consistently out of stock and takes literally two weeks to be filled. Make sure you are on top of calling in a prescription WELL before it runs out or otherwise you will be up a creek. This most recent refill, I had the usual experience of calling it in early, and then waiting the allotted minimum of two weeks before being notified it was finally in. Went to pick it up this morning only to be told they had given it away to another customer!!! Never once was I notified that it was “put back on the shelf” or otherwise I wouldn’t have gone to the trouble of loading up two toddlers, wasting expensive gas money and precious time driving 40 minutes to get it only to find out they didn’t have it filled after all. The only reason we go to this pharmacy is because it is the least expensive but we will be moving our business elsewhere to a pharmacy that actually values its customers and their time and resources.

Drive up is better than average, however, why don't they keep breathing medication in stock? When you order, they should be able to tell you the item is out of stock so you can get elsewhere! In 20 yrs there, only 1 experienced gentleman that knows the importance of getting this medication promptly. One! He is very courteous and gets the job done! Thank heavens!

We stopped using this pharmacy because there always seemed to be an issue when we needed a refill. However, one of the medications needed was a compound that only Meijer could do for us. Since January first they are no longer doing compounds and decided to not give us a heads up and waited until now we are completely out of medication during a snow storm to tell us they no longer will make it for us. The only pharmacy who does compounds is Meijer hospital pharmacy an hour away. If I could give negative stars I would. Not only is it a snow storm but it is Sunday so I cannot ask our doctor.

Darrick Riley & justice whipped out a line of five people within three minutes. Wonderful service very happy and friendly. I love this pharmacy and I am sad to see. They are only a three star. I am going to recommend that everybody changes that.

Was there to get a flu shot this am Had all COVID shots there 2021-2022. I Waited for 30 minutes. Two customers came in behind me and were readily waited on . Finally pharmacy clerk called my name. They could not find my file. Very upset they couldn't find my file and hoping my information hasn't been leaked out. Then to wait 30 minutes. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. Total incompetent staff!!!!!!!

Meijer pharmacy used to be good, I don't know what happened or who took over but the changes over the last couple of years have turned it from great to bad. I like the convenience of one stop shopping at Meijer, but the pharmacy hours and services have been reduced so much they have me looking for a new one.

I was the dreaded last minute customer tonight, showing up just before their close having rushed over from urgent care in GH to hopefully have my meds tonight. The prescription wasn’t ready for pickup, and I was beginning to accept that I’d be waiting on my meds til morning, understandably so.Instead, Alivia rushed to fill my prescriptions for me with nothing but kindness and a smile. My day wasn’t the greatest and she truly made it better. Thank you for the great service tonight, it really meant a lot :)

Generally a good pharmacy. The pharmacists/team are friendly and answer questions as they arise. My issue is with the text messaging. I had ordered refills on a couple prescriptions, but one was out of stock. So I waited until it was ready, so I could pick both at the same time. I received the text that it was ready, but when I went in to pick them up, they told me that it was still out of stock. This happens a lot. Will Meijer be reimbursing us for our time and travel costs? Meijer management: can you do a root cause analysis to why these text messages are incorrect? Also, please share with us your corrective and preventive action regarding this ongoing issue. Thank You.

I have never had the most amazing service as I have had today. Arthur in the pharmacy was absolutely fantastic. After multiple calls from me and questions, he was very patient and made sure that my rx was filled in a timely matter. I hope someone from management or corporate sees this and give this amazing man a raise or at least an great review! Thank you Arthur for your patience with me and helping me get my medication promptly! I greatly appreciate you!!!

Went and took my daughter here on Monday for a covid test threw the drive thru never got any results back so I called and they have no info at all from her test,so they lost her test and suggested I come for another one ? never had this happen at the grand haven location.

Thank you meijer pharmacy on Harvey Street for putting my pills in the wrong bottles wrong labeled medications and then doesnt take responsibility for it this could have resulted in a serious medical matter and when i called to confront about the issue instead of apologizing and owning the mistake made on their end tried to place the blame on the med set up!! ? ??????? also checked out at the self scan and the lady was super rude to me and less than helpful when it came to me purchasing 4 pairs of shoes that had ink tags and not properly tagged for pricing ! then started hovering over me and repeating that i needed to scan the shoes and pay for them . she could clearly see i had a debit card in hand to pay and i was having difficulty scanning! and she claimed to take off ink tags and I walked to go out of the store and the buzzer went off and she was smirking ! super irritating I'll be switching to a different meijer ! the customer service here is horrible ? ?
