Only gas station on the road and the slowest service you've ever experienced, especially being a meijer. Waited in line 10 minutes for a monster! Employees are slow and could care less and the card running system takes 3/4 of the time you're at the counter! Do better meijer!Ps. This ain't the first, happens everyday!Sincerely, an overly aggravated customer!Nathaniel

Actuators on bottom pressure nozzles are broken, and have been for months. This leaves a perfect streak of mud down your car after a wash.

Walking in here, the environment is negative with employees basically yelling about their problems with other employees for the world to hear. Not something I'd like to hear while I'm trying to get in and out as quick as possible. Faster service and less drama would be great.

7 people in line and there's an employee Hocking credit cards...maybe we could get someone to help with the line that hasn't moved the five minutes. Apparently Meijer Credit Cards are more important than actually helping the customers in line. Will not return.

My fiancee and I have been going to this gas station nearly everyday since we've moved back to Muskegon in 2014. Delpha used to be the store manager of this gas station when we first started coming here and it was very well ran at that time, but since she left it has gone downhill. The turnover rate for employees has been at an all time high and the customer service and convenience is at an all time low. We've had more bad experiences than good within the last couple of years and it has driven us to go out of our way to Wesco and spend more money there. I don't even have enough room here to describe all of the bad experiences. Employees do not know how to give back correct change, and they are too busy having personal conversations and talking about how much they want to quit IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years of my life and nothing angers me more than to receive terrible customer service and that is all we have been receiving here. The employees have bad attitudes and a lack of care for their job and it shows. There are always long lines at peak times and only one register open most of the time. This location is in dire need of attention ASAP.

Great place located right in front of their store. Usually the gas prices are a tad on the high side compared to everywhere else. A nice feature is the car wash off to the side of the building where you have 4 different choices of car wash's. I found out if you are having trouble with the credit card reader that if you hold your card in longer it works. Otherwise it's cash or code. Recommend when leaving exit via the back of the building and take a left all the way to the stop sign at the very end of the parking lot were it will bring you to a traffic light for easier time get back on the road.

Credit card for first car wash station does not work, and has not worked for some time. Tried multiple times, with different cards, and it never takes them. Move to second station, and takes same cards right away.
