I placed a cake order yesterday and it was cancelled this morning. I called to ask why, and I was told I couldn’t order colored piping on a sheet cake, only round cakes - then why is it an option on your site? Clearly the website is not up to date, which is fine, but since it’s your mess up and not mine, maybe instead of cancelling the order you could call and ask if no piping, or white piping, or a round cake, or whatever it is you CAN do was acceptable. Terrible customer service.

I shop here every week,but not by choice. Meijer has a monopoly in my area. They consistently have only four lanes with cashiers. The lines backup into the clothing area, clogging the main lane. There has been no effort to change this.

These boneless wings are a hidden gem you have to try at least once! General Tso boneless wings at the deli counter. They don't have them everyday, but when they do, they're a must have!

I really enjoy shopping at the store. It is very clean and organized. They have everything from grocery items to kitchenware. I was even able to pick up a wok for cooking during my vacation at the cottage on Lake Michigan.

Unfortunately, all Meijer stores are just always so dirty. I think the last time someone cleaned the bathrooms in any was around 1987.

Not even deserving of a star. You receive the worst customer service and management ever. Walmart isn't much better, but people need to understand there are plenty of other options like save a lot, Aldi's, sams club, etc. I have known family and friends who have worked there and basically treated like garbage. It is a shame people seem forced to shop at these conglomerate stores.

I have had such a rough time with this Meijer! I keep trying to make pick-up happen and I think it's just not going to happen. The first time I ordered drive-up pick-up, I had to wait a REALLY long time and several of my (basic) items were out of stock. I tried again and got someone else's order! So that was a huge mess trying to sort out because I didn't realize it until I got home. I gave it one more try and it was still a mess: missing items, out of stock items, coupons not working, etc. NOT A FAN! I almost feel they're trying to discourage people from using the service by "not finding" 1/2 the order even though I can walk in and find all the items myself. The store is not THAT out of items even in the midst of the pandemic as I have noted several times. I don't have trouble finding things when I go into the store myself but I really wish they would straighten up their drive-up pick-up service.
