Had shocks (that I bought) installed on my old truck. They did it, now all of a sudden they don't install customer bought parts. Not my only complaint, they said they'd refinish my wheels and throw tires on them for my car, they were gone for 4 months and at some points didn't even know where they were. When I got them back they looked worse than when I brought them in, the paint job was horrible, paint splatter all over them, no effort period, the tires they did put on there ended up not sealing correctly and trashed the brand new tires. Stay FAR away from this place, bring your hard earned money elsewhere.

Horrible place to go beware stay away they changed a valve stem in my wheel and scratched it all up a black wheel then denied it they were going to help fix there mistake until I told them it's a 583$ rim then they would not help at all manager at laketon transfered me to grand rapids they acted like they would help run around for 3 months save yourself money and hassle go to ginman tire

I ran over a mysterious item on the road and it popped my tire, so I called and I was able to get right in. Unfortunately my tire was not patchable, but they were able to get me a replacement of the same exact tire the same day. It’s like it never even happened! Very friendly staff, especially Morgan! Thank you!

I appreciate this place so much. I had a personal situation that someone else had dropped my car off when they shouldn''t have. Since this person was not in my life anymore, I was not aware of how long it was there. Instead of charging me over a thousand dollars in storage fees. The manager Morgan was so compassionate and understanding that I was able to have my car which was given to me by my late grandfather and so special to me. They even charged my battery and filled up my tires. I appreciate them so much. It's hard to find this in companies these days.

I've been coming here for years with my commercial vehicles. Greg goes above and beyond every single time! I stopped in last week with a front tandem axle dragging on my trailer. Sadly they couldn't work on it (only because it was an airbrake issue and I didn't know they're not certified) but, with Greg's valuable experience he spotted a major issue and pointed me in the right direction to get fixed. He then proceeded to break the rest of the ice and snow build up from under the trailer when he most definitely didn't have to.

Bought a new set of tires for my Jeep from Morgan. Tires mounted and balanced were cheaper than the internet prices I was looking at. Had a 4 wheel alignment also. The service here is 2nd to none. Competitive prices, and excellent service. Highly recommended.
