Price can be high, but the quality is worth it. You literally pay for what you get, and in this instance it is expertise. I wouldn’t bring my vehicle anywhere else. Mark knows his stuff, and works hard to make sure everything is perfect. The wait time can be a little long, depending on what your vehicle is in for but the wait is worth it! Mark is very busy and as the lady on the phone said “sometimes there is emergencies that come up, but they are working hard to get to your vehicle next”

I made an appointment to change my transmission fluid 5 days in advance and brought my car in at 9am as instructed. I called at 4:15 to see if it was ready and the woman who answered the phone said she needed to talk with the mechanic and then would get back to me. I called back at 4:55 and she said they hadn't had time to work on it. The place looks like a dump and obviously the service is just as bad. I'd give them a zero if that was possible.

Took my car in that was shifting late into 4th and then the last time driven it didn't shift into 4th at all. Car sat at mechanic for just over a month before retrieving it. A week prior to retrieving it, i talked to the mechanic face to face and he tried to lie to me saying that there no codes. The second i mention the code (p1860 torque converter clutch selnoid curcuit) he remembered and said that there was no issue with the code and that he deleted it and he would like to drive it again to see if the codes pop back up. I believe the code and the shifting went hand in hand. I didnt ask him to delete my codes! I asked him to look into it. While my car sat for a month, the mechanic was on vacation for a week, which I knew. Then after talking to him, he went off for another 2 days which prolonged my wait. I paid for the service (after arguing) Got in my car and left. Before dropping it off, I had topped off with gas and resetted my odometer. HE DROVE 20 MILES IN TWO HOURS OF HIS TIME. He drove 20 miles in two days and concluded my car was shifting fine. 180$ an hour! That's insanely expensive. Most mechanics pay 75$, maybe a little more, for for a diagnostic. PLEASE do not do business with this incompetent greedy bugged eye little man. He won't do what's asked of him. He won't take his time and professionally look into why someone brought their vehicle in the first place. I didn't ask for my codes to be deleted. I asked to look into the code and figure out why it's shifting weird. As far as I'm aware, codes don't just pop up for no reason.
For those of you still reading, the first 16 of their reviews were literally just a 5 star and either no comment, or very little comment was made.

straight up just don't go here poor communication and the owner is rude my car has already been at his shop for 9 days he told me he looked at it which he never did I had to go there in person bc no one would answer the phone or give a call back when seeing him we talked and he said I'm more than welcome to take it somewhere else knowing it's Christmas week

Brought my daughter's F150 to Mark's after the dealer misdiagnosed the clunking sound on her truck. Mark took the time to find the actual issue and repair it the right way, which was an issue that was previously caused by the dealer! Our 2012 Subaru was not running right. our usual mechanic said it was transmission. We brought it to Marks and they quoted valve body. They price we paid was actually slightly lower than the quote and the car is now running great. Thank you!!

Had a noise I could not identify coming from the rear axle of my truck, I was extremely concerned as I was vacationing and has to use the truck to pull my trailer again in a couple days. Although Mark was busy he made time to do a test drive and give me his expert opinion. He diagnosed it free of charge and I was able to do the repair in the campground . I have all my vehicles, Ford truck, Honda CRV, Corvette maintained by Mark. He is the only person I will allow to touch my vehicles. Mark has maintained my vehicles for 5 years and I have never has any issue with his work or service. He honesty and fair pricing is top of the line and rare in this type of business.
