Awful vacuum experience. Only one vacuum can be turned on with the app, and there is no one out there making sure they are functioning. Most car washes just have a button to turn on.

Don't try to use the pumps after hours. This station has the pumps on after hours and will process your transaction all the way up until trying to pump the gas in which it will not. They will still place a $100 hold on your card even though you are not able to pump any gas. Extremely unhappy with this place. If you're closed and your pumps won't work, do not let your pumps process any cards then. Shut them down.

Great value with monthly membership, good car wash, Marathon rewards are nice, like the free vacuums with monthly membership they need to be maintained just a bit better

Love this car wash, it’s a new obsession. I go into marathon on Sherman, grab my coffee and then go through the car wash, for $25 a month unlimited it’s completely worth it. Wanted to see how I went for the first month and will for sure continue my membership.

Car wash does the trick but, pieces of red sponge keep getting into the front frame of my car. Friendly staff and this station has consistently lower prices on gas all the time! Best place in Muskegon in my opinion.....

This car wash was excellent. The attendant was friendly, and the car did not take too long. The only part not up to my expectations was the vacuums, which kept getting clogged.
