Bought a nice charbroil grill with a 4 year protection plan. Grill broke 3 years into the plan. Protection plan only covers what I paid for the grill 3 years ago. Will not replace the grill or cover the inflated cost of the same grill!!!

I've been to this Lowe's many times already since moving to this area. No one here has ever been that helpful, but I still go because Lowe's has always been my preference for Home Improvement stores. Their Garden Center is pretty nice. My most recent trip definitely takes the cake. I placed an order online over a busy weekend for a sale item. I did wait a few days to go pick it up. When I got there to pick it up, it was sold out.

Lowe's cannot get people to work so the store is running with a skeleton crew. I stopped today to pick up vegetable plants for my garden. Beautiful plants that are dry as a bone from lack of water. I waited to check out for a good 45 minutes to an hour. I called the manager and made my complaint known. The busiest time of the year and they have one checkout! The manager said that he is hiring on the spot 35 new workers. The problem is no one wants to work when they can collect unemployment and make more. Definitely a problem here.

So just purchased a 23800-BTU Convection Indoor/Outdoor Kerosene Heater for the second time in two days. When I went to pick up the first one the box looked like they played kickball with it. But the person waiting on me (Think is a manager there) said I think it is okay. When I got it home I open the box and the was a huge dent in the side. So I went to return it immediately. I ask if they would give me a large discount I would try to straighten the dent out. My Bad. Brought it back home and opened it all the way up and this had to been dropped big time. So I called Lowes and they told me just to order another thats the easiest way. The first I had to wait a week for but now it seems they have them in stock. So I have what I wanted it only takes two to three trips.

Manager called and found one in stock. Manager Mike was very nice and polite. I will continue shopping there.

I love Lowes! Every time I have been there someone comes up to ask what I need. They are great at answering all my questions. Just got 11% discount on a really nice outdoor grill. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Xavier is amazing!

Disappointing trip to the Muskegon Lowe's. We needed help but no one could be found. Five of the employees were working on a project in the back of the store and not available for customers. There were only two registers open for check out with both lines really long. Poor service and overall poorly managed store.

Carpet installers used masking tape on large gaps in padding, causing snapping noise they said would go away, not true. Waiting for Lowes to fix.

This is a great lowes, on top of all the stuff every lowes carries, the staff are friendly and helpful, albeit some should not work in paint(or just need better training) every time ive been here has been nice. Summer is great with the flowers and plants outside, and i might be biased but kobalt tools are nice and some of them are pretty ingenious. Over all if i need something id rather go here then walmart anyday.

Love this Lowe's! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I'm a frequent customer. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about because they don't normally have a greeter...

Their greeters selectively choose who to greet. I went in there today around 1:30 p.m. and the curly haired lady wearing glasses looked at me but did not greet me like she did to the person who walked in behind me, whom she said hello to. I don't know what the reason is for that but it isn't good. If you caught it closely on video you'll see what I'm talking about. I was wearing a grey adidas t-shirt. What is the point in having greeters at the door if they snub certain people?
