I am pleased with the staff and quick service,I do wish there was a patient portal. The portal issue is the reason for only 4 stars.

Our local lincare is a 10. The auto ordering system is a 1. I will not auto order anything any more, I will call my local company and order personally. I will then get what I order in a timely manner.

Sean from lincare stopped by today didn't know he was stopping but very thankful he it was my fault I didn't know got a new phone and forgot to update it I was having trouble breathing and he hooked up my oxygen tank and set me up with the girls to come out and help me get a new mask so I could use my machine again I don't ask for help when I need it time for changes for me I'm very happy ? thankful.seanthankful.fo.Sean showing up f sea

Muskegom Michigan office has EXCELLENT customer service. Soooooo much better than any other office I have dealt with. Very curious, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Thank you so much. If possible this office should be used as a training base for other Lincare offices.

worst company ever......service is soooo bad they drop off machine takes 5 years before you come out to check on it???? and only came out because I called as it didn't work.... called headquarters on hold for 1 1/2 hours 1st time now waiting over 30 min second time just plain bad business and on top of it all Medicare only allows you to change companies every 5 years and of course you don't know that till you go to do it .... now I have been there 6 years and stuck another 4 years till I can change.......I could go on and on ...

They are not responsible, you can not count on them to deliver your tanks. When your machine stops working they don't care enough to send someone out to fix it. They expect you to use the portable tanks they never schedule you to receive.
