Crooks, crooks, CROOKS!!! Very dishonest business practices. I purchased furniture and the extended warranty because the salesman said if I don't use it I would, "get your MONEY back". Baloney!!! I tried to use the warranty on the JUNK furniture they sold me and was told by the warranty company the time had expired, which was not true as it was 6 months before the expiration of the policy. I thought no problem as I would get my money back in a few months as use it to fix the furniture myself, but nooooooo! The salesman did not explain it's not your MONEY you get back, but store CREDIT towards a future purchase of a minimum of 4 TIMES the amount of the cost of the warranty. So the warranty company would not honor the contract and Langlois Furniture was misleading about the actual product sold to me and I would only get credit if I purchased more of their JUNK furniture. What a crock! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Hey!Langlois is one of the best furniture stores in West Michigan. Although the prices are some what steep on items, they have dozens of options for any price ranges. I have bought several Amish furniture items from them and I have never been un happy. Dressers, end tables, side tables, bookcases, etc. All from the same Amish maker. Superb quality and excellent craftsmanship. Also two very nice sectional sofas as well.The best part of Langlois is the staff. If you go there, ask for Eric. He has helped me over the past 18 months in picking my furniture out and has been terrific.If you are looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price, choose this business. You won't be disappointed one bit!

Randy in the store was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his most important customer.When our furniture was delivered, Joe and Wayne were timely, efficient, and very nice! Very happy with our experience and will be going back for any future furniture needs.

Excellent experience! Gregg was very helpful in choosing furniture for my mom's nursing home room. I had to go with clearance items and he was fine with that. The pieces were delivered the next day and set up quickly for her comfort. Everyone treated me and her as valued customers. Langlois has my business for future purchases. TY for making this an easy purchase.

Bought a bed and a couch here on 2 different visits... I write this while lounging on the fore mentioned couch ... they're both wonderful. The service was great and delivery was super fast and friendly. Couldn't be happier!

Randy was very quick to help us but was not a pushy salesman. We found what we wanted and loved and he was able to get it delivered to the house in less than 2 weeks. The men who delivered to the house were respectful of my home and very nice. They set everything up and asked if it was how I wanted it before they left. Good job Langlois team!

Took 4 1/2 months to get a manual La- z-boy reclinerordered and delivered. Customer Service was lacks throughout the process. Our chair had been delivered to the store and sat there for 3 weeks before we were told it came in. We called for a delivery status then it was delivered within a couple of days. It's a nice chair but that is due to the La-z-boy product not Langlois.

EDIT/UPDATE: We received a call from the store not long after this review posted up informing us that my husband could come pick a new chair to swap his for.Once we get it swapped I will update on how that process goes.BUYER BEWARE:Initially this was a great experience. Ours sales guy was awesome. Very friendly, eager to help and overall just a nice guy.Fast forward to receiving the chairs after 2 months.We’re actually not sure that one of the chairs is the one we wanted to order (our bad for not taking a picture of it on the sales floor) but then that same chair has problems with where the ‘filling’ underneath the arm has a dent in it, the back has a metal bar that you can feel in your back and so on. We called and they sent a service guy out and as most things go nowadays the parts to ‘try’ to fix it has to be ordered.Fast forward again - almost 7 months- we have still not heard back from the store. I’ve called but each time I’m told the employees have already left for the day. ??♀️ but the store is still open. Frustrating. But also, why are they not calling me/us to get this resolved when the parts were ordered 7 months ago?1/2 chairs is fine sits well etc however there are loose strings/thread all over the place, the swivel base I had to have removed and replaced with a stationary base (which we had to pay for even though we had already paid extra for the swivel base) because it was so wobbly you couldn’t lock it in place - … the craftsmanship of La-Z-Boy (like most things anymore) is no more. So much money spent for lack of craftsmanship and lack of follow through by customer service.The low rating is partly for La-z-Boy quality being sub par but still so pricey and also for Langlois not following through with the service we were told (from the get go - prior to purchasing)that they would provide.We did purchase a table and chairs from them and again- it is already chipping on the top of the table ??♀️all this table is used for is to eat on and we use placemats so that the heat of plates etc doesn’t damage it.We also purchased a La-Z-Boy couch and I can say it is SUPER comfortable but also has its pros and cons. I also would like to say that again, the sales guy we worked with (Randy, I believe) was so kind in helping us and got us this couch in about 2 weeks and it ended up coming in early.

I had a great shopping experience. The items I picked out from the showroom floor and a piece I order were all delevered and placed where I wanted them. One piece arrived with a broken leg that wasnt noticable until a day later. When I brought it their attention by phone, they sent someone out to check it out and they ordered a new table and swapped it out within a week, no questions asked. Im impressed with the quality of the products and impressed with how professionally they handle this situation to make it right. I will be back.

BEWARE! They seem nice, but they will lie And TELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE- they will promise guarantees and write such on receipt but then change what the words/guarantee means. The took my 80 year old widowed mother for nearly $3k! Before purchasing, she asked about return, they said yes, wrote on receipt and when she tried to return it, she was told that what was written meant something different. Told her to come back to speak to salesperson another day- even though they called her on phone (and of course she said what would keep her the job). We asked why we needed to come back to speak to her when they already spoke to her. We asked to speak to a supervisor- a rude man came out from the back and insisted we come back the following day to speak with salesperson, repeating that she had already been called and would say the same thing tomorro. He was condescending, offensive and clearly not interested in customer service. AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR $$ YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN if you aren't satisfied!
