Just completely horrible. I've had to be in there multiple occasions for numerous reasons. Whether they are charging me for something I didn't sign up for or throwing in a life insurance policy without notifying me and charging me for that or messing up the payments on my car loan or my payments being taken out before they are due or I could continue. I could go on for days. Basically whether I give permission or not, they will add numerous extra charges that you didn't sign up for or agree to. It's been problem after problem after problem.

:( I went through drive-teller does not know how to smile, took my $300.00 check and posted to my account for $3000.00. Only off $2700.00:( Called first thing this morning and STILL waiting to hear back! Good GOD if this bounces it will not be good!

Worst LMCU I've ever been to. Slow and very rude. The tellers act like its a chore to wait on you. Take your time and go to a different branch.

I stopped in to get a document notarized. The teller that waited on me said it could be up to a half hour wait. I really didn't want to wait that long so I asked her if I could just squeeze in and get a signature. It only takes at most 2 minutes. Her snotty response was "it doesn't work that way ". Well I told her if it were me I wouldn't mind letting someone get a quick notarized signature. Fortunately there's other branches. Won't go back to that one. She might want to get a government beaucracy job.

Do not recommend it!!! I paid off my loan early, expecting to pay some extra interest, which I was required to pay. Then my balance showed .04 cents. I called twice and they told me they could do nothing for me and I had to pay .04 cents. Will never be using them again.update: They did close my account and credit me back the payment I made to them for the remaining balance.

Like a lot of other people, I live paycheck to paycheck, and buy a lot of my household needs from amazon. (Subscribe&save). I got a new checking account set up a week ago through LMCU and had my check DD into that account, but the debit card wasn't going to make it to me until next week. (I assumed I would have the card considering I opened it a week before I needed it). I explained to the workers over the phone that I needed the debit card or at least the numbers from it to get my Amazon to go through otherwise it would take several more days before our TP/formula/garbage bags/soap ext made it to us. Long story short, none of them really cared enough about my situation (not saying it was a dire situation but zero sympathy).BUT THAN THERE'S EMILY! she admitted they said that because of a very limited stock of cards on hand. But printed me one on the spot! What an awesome person. I know, my situation doesn't sound like a huge deal, but you have to remember all my money was in that account and I wasn't getting a replacement like other people that had the card info already. Anyways, you rock Emily, that is all.

I am actually leaving LMCU because of poor customer service at the Muskegon branch. I've been conducting the remainder of my business at this branch and I've been really happy with their customer service here. I was surprised by the negative reviews here, so thought I should add some positive, since it could be so much worse... like my local branch in Muskegon.

So today I went in to cash a check that I received as an overpayment from my insurance company. It was taking a little longer than normal, so I was nervous that maybe it was a bad check. It turns out, I was selected as one of the lucky winners where they pay your credit card bill, up to $100. I instantly broke down and started crying in front of the teller. I have been having a rough two years of health issues and as someone on disability who doesn't make much, this $100 means so much, more than LMCU will ever know. I know it's a sign from above that things are going to be okay. Thank you LMCU from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful holiday surprise. Still have tears in my eyes as I type this. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!

Only have 1 teller working the drive thru. Been here for almost 30 minutes. Pretty disappointing.
