Pretty disappointed with this business. I brought a ring in to get sized and was told it would take at most two weeks. Two weeks rolled around and I called multiple times just for them to not answer my calls. After calling constantly I finally got ahold of them three days after the two weeks of when my ring was supposed to be done just to find out they hadn’t even touched it yet. I’m not one to leave reviews but this was extremely upsetting. I now got my ring sized at a different place and they completed it within the day.

On Thursday 03/07 - I provided them my grandmothers ring to be remade. The individual said he would get back to me shortly. On 03/13 I called them 4 separate times all going to their recording please email us. I then sent them an email. No response. Finally the next day after the 6th phone call and second email they finally called me with the amount to redo the ring. I accepted. After hearing that their customer service was poor, they refused to do the work.I will be sure to stay clear of this place for the rest of my life. If you want quality customer service, don’t shop here.

I never knew the value of having a trusted jeweler growing up but now being married and the father of two daughters, I have turned to Karl a number of times to help me out with gifts for my girls. He is extremely helpful, fair and passionate about his craft. Highly recommend.

I went to this jeweler to get a ring resized. I was disappointed because it took about 3 1/2 weeks for them to finish it and to call. Ring sizing shouldn't take that long, maybe a week at most. But 3 1/2 weeks?! I still ended up paying, but I wish I didn't. I only ended up going to this place because it is open on Saturday's, and that is because me and my boyfriend were only able to take it then. Another problem I have encountered here is that when they did call to say the ring was done, it was a voicemail recording and it was not an actual phone conversation. This was very weird to me, and unprofessional. When I tried calling before, they never answered, and I tried calling about 4 different times. The people were nice and helpful, and I do give them that.

What a GEM!!! I had the opportunity to visit Krautheim & Swanson recently. Such a beautiful, unique and creative selection of new and gently used items. And the customer service is only rivaled by their knowledge and experience. I will definitely be visiting again!

Had my wedding ring custom designed here several years ago and have stopped in several times since, usually finding something I fell in love with. But stopping today and seeing this sign on the door sent me straight back to my car. I understand the photo ID if they have a security system that relies on facial recognition (although the sign didn't say that), but emphasis on the word CHOOSE did not make me feel welcome, nor do I expect that the store's owner has CHOSEN to follow safe practices. With COVID-19 cases once again on the rise in Michigan and the governor's executive order to wear masks while in public still in effect, I find this message unacceptable.

The fact that you are trying to game the system in order to open as an "essential business" by selling groceries just shows you have no regard for others health and safety and value your profit over integrity and honesty. Total fail. Will never frequent again. Good job on all the bad press this week, as well!Additional response: Obviously you HAVE NOT abided by the orders and law or we wouldn't be having this conversation now would we? With those practices and values hopefully you ARE doomed as a business. The literal survival OF your customers AND ALSO NON customers now has been jeopardized because you tried to game the system. What makes you so special to flaunt the rules while others suffer? Are you the only one in this nation or world who has taken a loss because of this pandemic? Hardly. You're selfish and deserve all the negative exposure that transpires.
