I've been renting water softener units from Kohlys since 2008. In 2021, we built a new home, and we continued with renting from Koleys a new unit in our new home. We weren't in our house a year when we had a mishap with the new well. Our well guy put a new well in free if charge. We thought we were doing the right thing and contacted Kohleys to inform them their unit had been compromised from the issue with the well. I have always rented the unit and enjoyed the free service. Kohleys made us pay for a new unit that we are still just renting. $1,000. So be careful, even though you're renting, if something goes wrong, you pay for it. I could see if we abused the unit, but this was a well mishap. I paid for it and still don't own it.

I just had them out for a service call on our water softener system. Tom was great and spent some extra time to answer my questions and he gave me a quick Water Softener 101 education, very much appreciated.

Great if you want bottles of fresh spring water at home. You can go there & fill your own gallon or 5gl bottles.

Tom was awesome as he was checking my system. He let me know what we were looking for and explained everything as he did his check up. I would definitely recommend this company. We have been with them for 15 years.
