Regan is the sales person we dealt with, he is so patient we took a month to decide on a mattress he answered every question we had, every call so helpful he us wonderful. He is honest and will help you with questions you don't even know you have.

It was a great experience. I didn't feel pressured with information or to buy anything. I feel like my questions were answered and everything was explained very well when it came to the durability and make of the mattresses compared to competitors.

Regan was very informative and helpful and kind as he helped my 79 year old mother pick out the best bed for her needs. He took his time to explain in detail the differences between the mattresses and made great suggestions to help my mom be comfortable and safe.

Regan gave us an excellent presentation on mattresses based on our sleep style. He didn’t pressure us, just let us think things over. We were unable to purchase a mattress that day due to another event we had scheduled. We thought we would compare other mattresses elsewhere but instead we read the reviews and decided to return to the Muskegon JSM store and purchase the mattress set we picked out days prior. What sold us is that is made locally the day before the delivery date. He was professional and patient with us. Can’t wait to receive the mattress and get a better night’s sleep.

Stopped into Jonathon Stevens Mattress store to help my mom find a new mattress. We were greeted by Regan who took a lot of time to help my mom select a new mattress. He spent time to learn what she needed and guided her thru the entire process. I’d highly recommend them and you are also buying a Michigan made product!

Chris was an amazing person to work with. We were feeling nervous about going to a mattress store since we didn't really know what we were looking for and were concerned we would be met with a pushy, corporate salesperson. Chris was a refreshing, down to earth person, so definitely the best we could hope for. You could tell he was passionate to work for this company, the mattresses themselves are of great quality materials, and we just felt taken well care of. We will definitely recommend friends and family to your store. Super excited that free shipping and setup was included and we can't wait to be sleeping on a comfortable mattress in just a few days. Nice clean store. NO pressure, NO up selling or bait/switch stuff. Guy (Regan in Muskegon store) was knowledgeable, friendly and showed us exactly what we explained that we wanted. Delivery of new and pick up of our old mattress in two days. I had been dreading the "sales" part of buying a mattress. This was easy!

Regan was so knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us about the mattress elements. We did not feel rushed or forced into any purchase. We feel that the mattress was a better fit than many of the other online and name brands we tried. We are also excited that this is a local West Michigan company!
