This is more like a 2 and half star review. They do good work but good lord are they disorganized. They constantly have problems keeping track of what they were told to look at, and the people in the office are always running around like chickens with there heads cut off everytime I go. Besides the one time the mechanic "looked" at my tailgate and didn't find any problems, he left the handle stuck open when I picked it up even though the handle not closing the latch was my direct complaint about the tailgate. They do decent garage work, but that office of theirs is a disaster and it's a miracle they get work done in there, if it's always the way it is when I bring my car in (I've been in a good 4-5 times now)

Do not bring your vehicle here. If you do, here is the experience you can expect- they will perform an initial inspection, and it will tell you everything you knew when you brought you car in. They will ask you if they can communicate with you through text, which sounds great since nobody likes to talk on the phone these days, so you will say yes, and then you will wait a few days. Then they will tell you what the cost is to fix the problem you brought your car in for, and they will send you a link for a breakdown of what needs to be done. Take a snapshot of that because that won't be available later if you need to take them to court later but I digress.. lets move on.You'll obviously agree to fix what you brought it in for, and then you won't hear from them for days. Then after that they'll text you again and say something else is wrong and it needs to be fixed before they can fix what you brought it in for. You'll be confused because that wasn't a thing when they first inspected your car, but you'll okay it because it'll be a small fix. Then a few days will go by then they'll message you again with another problem that wasn't mentioned in the initial inspection, and you'll okay it because it's been a few days and you've calmed down and you just want your car to be in good shape. Then you'll wait another three days, then you'll get another text saying that another thing is now a problem that's prohibiting the first repair getting done and it needs to be done so you'll okay that too. After that you'll get your car back. But in my case- three weeks later I get my car back, and four days later while driving it and having it parked and running on a delivery which is my job my car overheated and I had to bring it back. It was then the lady on the phone told me that they failed to clamp a hose on properly so my engine wasn't getting coolant so my engine was ruined because of it... and the cost to fix it is $2200, which is a problem they caused because of their negligence. It was also at this time they told me that my engine was already ruined when I initially brough it to them in the first place, which was not the case at all, and why would they replace my radiator if that was the case since they're the experts? But my engine was fine when I brought it to them and I did deliveries for four days after they replaced the radiator without problems until the coolant ran out due to their negligence. I brought the car back to them, and after they fixed the radiator problem that they messed up, they said there were bubbles in the coolant line. I asked if that was an issue when I first brought it in they said no, so this was obviously a new problem that happened when they installed the radiator incorrectly. There was no issue with the engine when I first brought it in. The problem with the engine now is that they installed the radiator incorrectly and they refuse to take responsibility for the horrible job they did after I paid $1600 dollars. So now I'm out that much money and I don't have a car either after the fact. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I know that dealing with car repairs is a pain, but do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here. Seriously.

If you want your vehicle to be ruined, go here and blow all your money. They will make sure to do faulty work, and never take accountability for screwing up your vehicle. ? As a bonus, your vehicle will never run the same again, and have continual problems.Your response shows exactly what kind of people you are. Blaming the client. I did tell you there were problems when I pulled right out of your parking lot and my check engine light immediately came back on, yet you told me it was nothing urgent or detrimental to my vehicle. Stop blaming this on me, you did faulty work and you just can't accept the fact that you did. If the job was too big for you to do properly, you should have just told us that instead taking thousands from us. My bad for thinking you'd want to make things right, usually local shops pride themselves on doing honest work.

Joe's Service Station, LLC had my husband's vehicle since May 17, 2023. The vehicle was towed to their establishment with the trust they will be as fair and honest as the business they acquired (*** and Ray's). Issue 1: Requested this establishment to look at the transmission. My transmission was under warranty and I know what a failing transmission sounds like. They returned and stated it was the front end differential. Being they were the experts I wanted to trust, I approved the work to be preformed. Got the vehicle back feeling comfortable with my decision and safe. 2. On week later: The vehicle began to make the same sounds as before. Call ***'s and had vehicle towed again. This time it was an issue with the parts being placed in the vehicle incorrectly. The later returning stating the transmission needs repairs. This was the issue we wanted checked previously. From May - July mistakes were made that delayed the progress of my vehicle (breaking the lines, water pump etc.). They compensated for giving a break on labor. 3. Vehicle was returned. Seen that my front window was cracked. They did state they had to repair for it was not there before. Drove to the gas station, store and car wash only to return home and radiator fluid quickly emptying onto my garage floor. Reached out again; vehicle towed, again. They stated they had nothing to do with the radiator when it worked well before they began working on the vehicle. On August 15, 2023, They say they are Charging an additional $1,000+ for something that was never an issue. The repairs in total cost over $6.000! I feel I am stuck and have to pay. Needless to say, this company no longer has MY TRUST.

Very honest service. I was 4 hours from home with my travel trailer and supposed to be heading home when my truck got stuck in 4 wheel low. No other shop could get me in for a week and my wife and I already had to call off a day of work at this point. He could of charged me anything he wanted and I would of been forced to pay it. He got me back on the rode with only hour of labor. So glad by chance I ended up with such an honest shop.

The quality of work has gone severely down hill from the company it use to be. My car has been there 3 DAYS for an alignment I had scheduled prior. Constant excuses by the staff and false information to make it seem like they are progressing but haven't touched the car.

Took the car in there. They said nothing was wrong didn't hear the noise I referred to. Got home heard it three times driving. Took it to another guy that was highly recommended and he said I shouldn't have been driving the car the noise was the struts and the sub frame and control arm!

The nicest, organized staff. The inside has a cute little waiting area with friendly welcoming staff. A cool read out of their diagnostics that easy to read with convenient texting system. They are very honest and trustworthy, I feel like I’m dropping my car off with my aunt and uncles to fix. The only bad thing was there were dirty hand prints on my interior, but I’d take that for the friendly, patient and expert care they give.Services: Vehicle Inspection

My spouse took the day off work to help me bring my car into Joe's after waiting 2 weeks for a 9 a.m. diagnostic appointment. At 3 in the afternoon when my spouse picked me up from work, my car still had not even been looked at!! I could have brought my own car in after I got out of work had I known it wasn't going to be "until 4" like Joe said when I called that day. I went in to pick up my car at 5:30 before they closed so I could get to work the next day and it still hadn't even been officially looked at. A whole lot of inconvenience for nothing!! I was quoted what was wrong with my vehicle based on my description of the problem.. not even being checked out!Why even have appointment times??Completely unprofessional and highly recommend trying someone else first!

I brought my vehicle here after our timing belt snapped. Service was done well and under our estimated quote. However, in the following week my car started stalling and not able to turn over, so yet again we brought it to Joe's. They overlooked our horribly corroded battery, and offered to replace it. Ok, cool. Cars good now, right? Nope, went to pull it out then lot and it stalled out, and I was told it'd be another week and was given attitude by Joe while I'm crying and just trying to explain my frustration. Left it with them again because I was frazzled and just wanted to go home with my toddler and my patient mother in law. Got called later that day and was told it was because my air conditioner was on. Go to start it up, made sure everything was off, and it stalled AGAIN in their parking lot. At this point, I just took my car home. I appreciate the quick service on the belt but everything else afterwards was not fun at all.Service: Engine repair

Wasn't impressed. The first and only time I went there the site said $36 for an oil change which was incorrect. They told me they legally have to do it for that price, but they wouldn't do it. So I left.

Was told a heater core would fix my problem. I agreed to that work and it did not fix the problem. They said it needed the head gasket replaced which they had fixed about two years prior. Had to pay 1100 dollars to junk my car. Run from this place! Very dishonest!! If possible I would give them no stars.

I'll change this review depending on what happens when my son goes back. He picked his car up on Friday. And has to take it back on Monday. They had put a new battery in the wrong way, which ruined his alternator. So they did at least put a new alternator in at no charge. So they did a diagnostic on his car, and the electrical was ok. They fixed his radio which had been messed up by the whole battery thing. And threw in a free oil change. So I honestly want to thank them for doing right by him. My family has had some bad experiences with mechanics so I appreciate that they made everything right. Thank you for showing there are good people out there. ?
