Bought my car July 3rd ..2014 Chevy Cruze for 9,000 dollars left the lot needed an oil change , never called my windshield wiper fluid never came out from day one . 50 days after driving it my turbo goes out . They have my car for 7 days never call I had to call and check … still charged me 286 dollars on top of me paying 9,000 for a car when I put the vin number it says Kelly blue book 5,738-7693…then I did this bumper site that’s like car fax and that car is only worth 6k and it shows what they bought for and work done so yea they made off on me 4k lucky to get half money back if I need to sell .. scum then tried to cry to me today but still took 287 more dollars yea Jim your a great guy ?

Bought a 2009 chevy impala went to program a key fob and discovered the engine light is disabled and I have a ecm code and a couple more codes not happy about this and now I cant seem to get ahold of them on 48 hrs of owning it.

I bought a 2009 Saturn Vue last year from Jim's Auto on Getty! I LOVED MY CAR DAY ONE!!!? Jim is very kind & genuine in his business. I have had a few upkeep tasks on my car and their work is prompt & fair! My dad isn't able to keep an eye on my car like I've grown used to. I just bought 2 more cars from jim and they are great running and amazing looking cars and I also bought a optima from Jim a 4 years back at a very fare price. he made the whole process quick and painless. He was very honest and helpful and knew what he was talking about witch help out alot. I would come back to jims next time i need a car.

Don't know guys name that helped me but I think he said he had only been there a couple months. He was patient and explained details about any car I asked about. I don't like high pressure sales. He was the right combination of doing his sales job but not being pushy. Will definitely go back and recommend them.
