I’ve worked in cellular communications for over 15 years . Most phones come with 2 months of service , which is why it might be a little more then some. “I had a wonderful experience with Jessica Blackwell, she saved me and my bill after having a serious issue with my bill. She spent time listening to me and was extremely kind. I was worked up and over whelmed when I came into the store after spending 3 plus hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service. She was wonderful and super understanding of my whole situation. She set up an appointment with me and was able to call me sooner then the appointment was set up, to tell me she had handled the problem and fixed my bill. I have nothing but great words.”
