“I had a flat tire, like 0 psi, on the highway. So I used the State Farm app for roadside assistance. This might be the only thing I won’t do next time, I will just call Matt at State Farm next time. The app third party center dispatched someone from Battle Creek so it took 3 hrs and they told me I had to get off the highway, no one would change my tire on the highway. I was concerned about the rim but they told me it was fine just go slow, under 5 mph, no problem. They get there, change the tire, I’m on my way. Now I am told my tire is ruined from driving on it, rim was fine. I need a new tire. So I purchase one. After thinking about it I call Matt and the ladies at State Farm and they are shocked. Matt starts investigating the situation and gets Corp involved. Because of his care and understanding and the involvement he had Corp get into my concerns they had a refund for the cost of the tire sent to me from third party app. I appreciated State Farm and Matt Crosby so much and this and other issues we have had that he has followed up on is the reason that we have stayed with him for over the past 20 years.”
