HORRENDOUS customer service. Unwilling to work with business customers to actually help them / make life easier / make things not frustrating like other banks do. After I finally get my deposit, I'm taking my money from my 4 accounts and RUNNING FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

This is the worst Huntington Bank I have ever been to. Staff is very unfriendly, and uneducated. Management is disappointing and trashy.

I am updating this review due to the message I received from Huntington. The response demonstrates that this is a company that understands that the only reason they stay in business is customers and to be successful, customers must be provided with satisfactory service. Clearly the bank is trying to improve. I updated my review from one star to three stars. As I witness an improvement, I will upgrade the rating. Here is my original review: I don't require much from a bank. I just need the ability to deposit funds into an ATM. But today I drove to my branch and I am unable to make a deposit into either ATM. On more than one occasion, I have found that one atm wouldn't work and I had to use the other atm. Today, both drive thru atm machines are down. One won't take a deposit and the touch screen on the other doesn't work. This is not the first time this has happened. There was also a time when both atm machines were out of commision because service people were working on them. Do better Huntington. I attached a picture of the screen of one that says "currently unavailable: deposits."

Im so sad!!!Five old lady’s stand up in front of me and don’t want to talk because the way I looks. Ok I’m Mexican and I’m happy with my culture and how I looks but anybody needs trade me like that way! And also the lady talk to me, she said things about my accent in front me like I’m not there!So BAD!!!

Was told my 1st paper check would be held and wouldn't have any issues after that. My check was held, had 2 direct deposits of my payroll after, than deposited a 2nd paper payroll check from same employer. Held for 10 days. Called customer service 10th day. Huntington still refusing to release my funds. Funds we're released immediately from my employer, but Huntington holding my funds hostage, refusing to follow their policies and laws on payroll checks. Ridiculous.

Me and my husband was discriminated today by amanda the manager and nicole the teller. Me and my husband has been going to this bank for years and nicole refused to give my husband his money at the drive thru cause his signature didnt look the same as the other signatures. We both have learning disabilities and that is why his signatures didnt match

Teller was extremely talkative to old lady in lobby. I stood behind them for 5 minutes and heard the entire conversation. It was nothing to do about banking. I gave social cues to wrap it up because I was in a hurry that day, and I don’t think they got the hint. Looking at past reviews, this bank notorious for their slow service and talkative tellers. I learned to avoid this bank and go to the one on Apple.

Horrible! I opened an account in March. They sent me a card with my name butchered. My name isn't Josehp Gee Li. It took awhile for them to change it and issue me a new card. I waited over a month for the card to come... and it never came. I went in and complained. They apologized and told me they would send me another card. I stressed to them that I cannot have my card cancelled, I need the same number. They assured me that it would stay the same. Nope, the next day my transactions were denied. I've been waiting another 15 days for my new card to arrive... Still not here. I'm not able to access my own money and they won't offer any rush service. They basically just tell you to wait. The last 5 months have been hell just trying to be able to spend my own money. I should have stuck with Michigan Coastal Credit Union but I moved on the other side of town. I thought this would be easier since it's closer to home. Save yourself the hassle and high blood pressure and use a local credit union. Some of them can even print you a credit/debit card while you wait. That's amazing same day service compared to the lousy service from Huntington that's been going on for 5 months.
